My wife and I have known Jamie Franklyn for approximately 14 years and during that time he initially renovated the complete shower room in our house, recently renewed the shower cubicle and he has also undertaken various plumbing repairs in my and my wife's house here in Egham.
We have always found Jamie to be extremely open, honest and trustworthy, the prices for all his work have always been fair and competitive, the quality of his work of an extremely high standard and his customer care of a very high standard due to his technical expertise, manner of communication being friendly, helpful and decent.
My wife and I confidently recommend Jamie for any work which future prospective customers of his may consider him doing.
I had my Boiler serviced & a fault identified by Jamie. Also I had a programmable thermostat replaced.

We have had Jamie Franklyn doing numerous plumbing jobs for us over the years, ranging from a new bathroom, refurbished kitchen, boiler repairs & boiler services. If we have any plumbing issues he is our go to guy. We have always found him to be approachable, flexible, punctual & his work is of an excellent standard & we would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
I have known Jamie Franklyn for some 15-20 years. When my bathroom was updated Jamie did all that plumbing work fitting handbasin, toilet and shower. Later when I had a new kitchen Jamie did all that plumbing too. I had a new boiler fitted by him and it is regularly serviced by him too. I have always been pleased with the work carried out and the way he gets on with the job in hand. If I have a plumbing job he is the one I immediately go to. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
Excellent service and value! Looking to replace the boiler and relocate to other side of room, plus relocating associated pipework to other side of room, and plumb in 2 additional radiators (which i had already fitted). Had the big companies in already (British gas etc) to gives quotes... expensive! Then had Jaime from Heat Pro in for an estimate. He quoted a good price, and completed all the work as agreed in 2 days, with minimal disruption. Friendly and efficient service.
