Spence did our Annual Boiler Service on 7th. January 2025. As always, he presented himself tidily and in a timely way (having had to deal with two emergency call-outs prior to attending). He answered questions we had honestly, confidently and patiently, and carried out the service thoroughly.
In December, a radiator leak occurred in one of our bedrooms. Having contacted Vicki in the office in the morning, Spence was with us by just after 1.00.pm and quickly resolved the matter.
Highly recommend this company for small or big jobs (Spence and Patrick installed our boiler two years ago).

From start to finish i was happy with this company. Quickly attended my emergency job which took the stress away instantly and completed job with confidence and speed! Will definitely be using again for any jobs.... thankyou so much.

Spencer repaired our faulty boiler which had a peculiar fault that other engineers failed to idenify and fix. He identified the faulty part quickly and carried out a full evaluation and explained to the options available. Communication and scheduling was efficient and reliable and the repairs were carried out in good time. A small problem was experienced after and the follow up visit was very prompt and successful. A good experience and would be happy to use again and recommend to friends.

Happy to recommend Spence Heating, great local company! My dad passed their details over to me a few years ago as he'd been using them for servicing and I have done so ever since for servicing and repairs. Really reliable, prices are reasonable, and Spence gives you clear guidance on the issue and what needs doing. Unlike the big companies they aren't interested in just selling you a new boiler. My boilers 17 years old now and coming up to the end of its life and I'll certainly be using Spence and his team to install a new one when it's needed.

I first dealt with Spencer in 2020 when we needed a new boiler and removing our old water tank from the loft. Spencer had recently worked on my Father in Laws house in Staines and wasn't sure if he could work on our house 10 miles away, but he accommodated us.
He worked with his Dad to remove our old prehistoric boiler and they were extremely efficient and tidy and supplied and fitted our new boiler and hive system.
Since then, we've had our annual maintenance of our boiler every year.
Vickey is extremely lovely to deal with. I recently had to cancel my appointment and she was very accommodating and helpful.
The engineers who come to our house are always polite and helpful and reliable, they arrive within the allocated time frame so you aren't waiting about wasting your day.
Such a great company and absolutely worth the 5 stars they are rated! Would definitely recommend!
