Emma responded promptly to initial request. Max replaced broken light switch, set up two new carbon monoxide alarms, and replaced three out-of-date smoke alarms, all in one visit. As an oldie on my own, I now feel safer! Nice people, treat you as a valued client. Highly recommend.

Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home. I phoned 10 from various advertised sites and only 2 answered my call; one could start in 2 months time whilst the only other one actually arrived 2 days later. He (Max) was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. The jobs were finished later that day with a final invoice that was most reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

DRS Electrical came highly recommended in the village I live from multiple sources, and it's clear to see why. Their customer service was exemplary and I truly appreciated their patience of explaining and talking through all the issues with me as a layman and little experience of electrics. The work done was great, quick, professional and the electrician they sent round (Noah) was courteous and respectful of our home. Also dealt with Sam their manager, who took the time out to talk through wider concerns we had in our home and on other issues we might have had. All in all felt that DRS went above and beyond - they're a great company and I'd highly recommend them.

Craig completed several works at my Wedding Venue in March 2024. His service and project management was excellent, and we really appreciated his reliability as our work was done in various stages. He was also able to provide advice on what would look good in my spaces and I have to say it all looks excellent. His quotes were fairly priced and significantly cheaper than a second quote I received from a competitor. The highlight of the works was an LED strip fitted into a lighting trough to illuminate a grade II* listed ceiling (photographed), which has completely transformed the space. Craig came to do a few jobs, and ended up staying to do several more. Many thanks Craig, and look forward to having you back in the very near future.

I called out Craig in September 2024 to rewire a new heating element fitted to my hot water cylinder which supplies all the hot water to my flat, including the heating. Craig answered the phone first time (a surprise with many trades people) and told me he could come out later the same day. Another surprise! He was running a little late, but texted me to keep me updated, which was thoughtful. When he arrived he quickly assessed the wiring and worked out how to safely get the heating hooked back up the supply. After he left as I continued to test the heating system which had been off for 4-5 months, something tripped and the system shut down. I called Craig back and he agreed to come around after 6pm to continue to fault find. This was also impressive and fitted in with my plans. 15 mins later he was back and another 20 after that, he'd found the fault and fitted a new fuse to a control panel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig. He was the knowledge and right attitude. Top man.

Repaired and went out of his way to get me out of a situation without my EV charger which needed a fair bit of attention. Justin has done lots of work for us and is highly skilled at fault finding and correcting. Our house electrics were dreadful having been incorrectly and dangerously altered by previous residents and Justin corrected all faults with minimal disruption to the house tidying after himself as he went along and being considerate to our needs before installing a new fuse box unit making our house safe. He also has full knowledge of solar power when many electricians aren't skilled in that area. He is polite and friendly and very thorough and conscientious. He explains things as he goes along including costs and let's you know all implications of any courses of action before allowing you to decide what's best for you. I can honestly say that he is the best electrician of many that I've encountered and it was a pleasure having him carry out the work in our home. I can highly recommend Justin as an electrician for house repairs. I have used his services twice now and on both occasions he has been excellent. He shows a great knowledge of electrical engineering and understanding of circuitry in my house. He wont try and sell you something you don't need and gives his honest opinion. I would also add he is clean - wears sleeves over his shoes whilst walking around my house, and places a tarp on the floor for his tools . I am always wary of who I use for services having had some bad experiences in the past, Justin is someone local I feel I can trust to do a good job. Thanks !

We hired ACJ to install some wall lights, switches, sockets and run cables for air conditioning and outdoor car charging station. Adam and Darren were really professional and did a great job—When one of the switches arrived late they bent over backwards to help us get it installed before the decorators arrived.
