Usman was knowledgeable, helpful and patient when I had a tricky problem with my electricity supply. He came out twice in one day, kept in touch on WhatsApp and liaised with the power network operator to get the issue fixed. Highly recommend!

Usman and his colleague did such a good job. They were quick, efficient and really helpful. They managed to fix one of my sockets that was faulty, with such precision and didn't do any damage in the tiles which was amazing. I can't recommend them enough. I am really pleased

I'm more than happy to recommend Mark from MD Electrics. He has recently fitted lights in my bathroom and at the same time corrected the poor wiring that was already there and was potentially dangerous. Which is why the lights kept blowing. He is a very genuine guy and very reliable and fairly priced. Definitely my go to electrician now.

Excellent service and very responsive. I needed support for a lighting repair at my elderly and frail parents-in-law. Colin fitted them in at the weekend and this was also one week ahead of his original plan, as he had a cancellation he was able to offer me. He knew the technical solution necessary and was able to fulfill the work required - apart from some impossible to access fittings that required a more major floor lift upstairs and we de-prioritised these in the short term. Above all else, Colin had the best PPE I have ever seen. A full pressure/filter-fed hood which is far better even than the carer staff use when they visit. He was very considerate and courteous and I would definitely use his service again.

Communication with Chris & Josh was excellent. We weren't in a rush but we were fitted in quickly. Josh replaced a light switch, a double socket and fitted a new pendant light for us. He was friendly, quick and efficient in his work. Took less than an hour and charged us a reasonable price for the work. We were reccommend them by our local what's app group and will certainly use them again for any future needs. Thanks guys!

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Fusion Electrical recently completed a full electrical survey and upgraded the consumer unit in our home. From start to finish, their professionalism was impressive. Contacted Vinny about carrying out a Electrical Installation condition report, but we needed it doing urgently before new tenant moved into our rental property. Vinny said he would shuffle a few jobs round so he could fit us in. We told him where the Lettings agency was so he could pick the keys up, and true to his word he arrived at the property when he said he would. This was very much appreciated as we get let down so much these days with other tradesmen. Vinny kept in touch during the inspection, letting us know the status. Top marks for Vinny as he deserves. Will always use him for our rental properties as he can be trusted to be reliable, efficient and thorough. His prices seem good also as we don’t feel like we have been ripped off as is sometimes the case for some other services. A great find. Keep up the good work Vinny.
