David Rann of Smart Power Electrical Ltd fitted our Tesla Wall Connector and the Pen Loss Detection unit which we needed for our Tesla. David turned up at the time agreed and was very efficient sorting out with us where to install each of the two units. When he had finished the installation he then connected our Tesla Apps to the Wall Connector. This was not straight forward and we were impressed by his knowledge to get the Apps connected. David then demonstrated how we should use the Tesla Wall Connector. We found the service provided professional and efficient.

David did an amazing job fitting my Tesla Wall Connector, very polite and responded quickly. David was able to come and fit the charger within about 4 days of first contacting him. I didn’t want any unnecessary wiring on show, and David said that was no problem, as we could install all the wiring on the other side of the wall (in my case, that was the garage).
