I had an issue with my bathroom spot-lights as they were integrated spot lights and I wanted these changed to ones replaceable LED bulbs. BS Electrical Services gave really good advice on what works were essential and stuck to the time and date we had arranged, this is not common for other electricians I have used in the past. Not only was the quality of work top notch but they also ensured the area was clean before leaving. Even taught me a few handy tips if I have any issues in the future which were really useful. If you need an electrician in Stanmore I would highly recommend them.

Quick and fast service. Quickly diagnosed the issue with my garden light through pictures I sent and said I needed a new light. The sensor was completely broken. He sent me recommendations and came out the next day to replace the light. Gives me comfort he has a one year guarantee period so will come back out if any issues.

Responded quickly to a request for a quote. Gave a fair price and fitted us in quickly which as a landlord was reassuring. Fitted new smoke detectors following a fault. Lloyd and his team did an absolutely fantastic job at our property. The booking system is extremely easy to use and you have full transparency on who is coming to do the work and how they are getting on with the journey. Communication with Lloyd was excellent throughout. He was very quick with responses at all hours of the day (including weekends) and always went out of his way to provide very detailed explanations of what kind of work needed to be done, why they were recommending it be done a certain way, etc. He gained our trust from the very first interaction and we were never disappointed. In terms of the actual work carried out, we first had an EIRC done which highlighted a lot of remedial work required, as the property we recently bought had been somewhat neglected in that respect. We discussed the results with Lloyd and got a very fair and practical recommendation on which items were important vs nice to have. In the end we decided to take him up on most of the work and that required multiple visits, but all was carried out seamlessly. The finished work is to a very high standard and we are overall very happy and would wholeheartedly recommend Lloyd and his team.

I needed an electrical timer on an immersion heater uograded, and a switch elsewhere replaced. I was on a tight deadline and they went out of their way to help me get it resolved in time. Communication was great from start to finish, Alfred who came to complete the work was very friendly, polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will use them again in future.

They were able to take on my job of replacing a kitchen strip light really quickly and offered a competitive rate for the repair. We just bought a property with a really old fuse box which needed replacing. Allister did the replacement with a very professional manner. He was friendly, communicated very clearly and came across as very knowledgeable :) He did a very thorough test throughout the flat after the replacement. He also took the time to explain the fuse box and what each fuse does and how to maintain it. On top of that he also helped us troubleshoot some other electrical kinks in the property which really helped in putting our minds at ease on the safety of a few electrical items. All in all a great experience!

After my previous go-to electrician left London, I’m really happy to have discovered Dion and his colleague Conni. Dion is easy to get in touch with (you can start a WhatsApp chat via the website), and they are both friendly, patient, and reliable. Dion undertook an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) on a property I was in the process of purchasing. The fee for this was competitive and Dion was happy to offer a follow up call to go through the contents of the report, so I could ask questions and clarify any issues or actions required. I’ve since had Dion and Conni back to remove/replace some pendant lights and replace a defective power socket. They were in and out like ninjas - efficient and tidy! All in all I’m very happy with the service provided and I won’t hesitate to engage them again in future!

I contacted THS Electrical to repair a light sensor and replace a LED in my cupboard. I appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with the company and get a fair quote. I'm incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of work. I called in the evening asking to fix my electric heaters and Andrew was happy to fix them early in the morning the next day. Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us !
