I had a small job that only required an electrician for one hour. Although not everyone is happy to accept small jobs like this, MK Electrical booked me in straight away. We found TNS Electronics through Google, checked their reviews, and decided to give them a call to see if they could help. Taha and his team arrived within 10 minutes to address the serious issue. They tested the kitchen sockets and identified a loose neutral connection that was causing all the appliances to trip. Taha was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain the situation clearly as well. I highly recommend their services. If you're in the area, definitely consider giving them a call!

Excellent Commercial electrician. They have identified our electrical fault within 15 minutes although we do have a very complex and modern heating system combining signals from Daikon and Crestron. We are strongly recommending the engineer called Nasser, who has an expertise with hearing interchange units (HIU) and an advanced heating technology.

I needed someone to do a pre-tenancy EIRC check, and to switch out an induction hob. Jonathan was very communicative in terms of his own availability, and even let me know when other appointments had been cancelled in case I wanted him to do the job sooner. When he arrived, he was very personable and nonintrusive, and gave me some good advice on various small issues to keep an eye on in the future. He provided the certificate promptly. After he left I promptly recommended him to 2 other people, which I think it always the best 'review' one can give!

Jonathan was friendly and highly professional, he got all our new light fixtures set up efficiently and the pricing was fair. He was patient with my questions, and after I mentioned additional problems with a wall socket & kitchen light he kindly offered to take a look, and fixed them very quickly within the same visit! From start to finish, the process of Solar panel installation was facilitated by the great work done by Safezone Electrical. All aspects of the work were handled by them from scaffolding and receiving the product at my front door and their quality of work was outstanding. I would recommend them highly.

Jason and Kyle are both knowledgeable and professional. They swapped out my old plastic CU for a shiny new metal one and planned and installed a new ring main and lighting in my new extension. It was all at a very fair price, they had great comms throughout and the work was all signed off and certs issued the next day. Most importantly they were honest, their work was to a fantastic standard and there were no hidden “extras”. Highly recommend!

The lads from Safezone helped me with an oven installation issue as John Lewis were asking for a lot of remedial work to install their new oven. A lovely guy called Billy came round to see what the issue was and to give me a quote for the works. He went above and beyond by helping me with a light fitting that had come loose in the kitchen on the day. The quote was resealable and Billy found that some of the remedial work JL were asking for was unnecessary so I asked Safezone to install the additional socket needed and to install the oven. Very happy with the high quality service and helpfulness of the Safezone electricians and will definitely be using them again.

We asked W5 Electrical to replace one of our security lights which had stopped working. W5 Electrical's team (Will and Jack) carried out the work promptly and efficiently. They were polite and helpful, and explained exactly what they were going to do. They made no mess and took away the old light and the packaging for the new light. Highly recommended! It's a total pleasure to have work done by W5 Electrical, from start to finish. Clear and fast communication from the beginning, all confirmed by text (this is rare in itself and saves lots of time, compared to others). They arrived on time, did a brilliant job, did an amazing tidy up both inside and outside, took great care throughout, including filling a hole made while installing a new electrical supply for a cooker. Will and Jack were lovely people to have working in the house, checking details and keeping me informed as they worked. Called in the morning one day last week as something was triggering the fuse box. Billy was able to attend later in the day, he kept me up to date through the day with his ETA and when he arrived he was really friendly and chatty, found the fault and left us with working electricity. There was a part that needed changing, Billy again kept in contact and arranged to come back on Saturday morning to fit, turned up on time, tidied up after himself and explained everything clearly. Really happy with the service we recieved and felt the costs were reasonable and fair, especially considering a same day emergency appointment. Would definitely book Billy again if we needed any work doing.

Used Quantum thrice now, for different plumbing and heating issues. Good quality of service and efficient with the use of time. For one of the issues the visit had to be rearranged at short notice due to the engineer becoming unavailable. The issue was not urgent though and given the overall experience I feel that 5 stars is deserved.
