Tentacle Electrical came out within 15 minutes when I couldn’t reset my RCD on a Friday afternoon. Chas identified the fault which was fortunately something that could be isolated. He recommended a new consumer unit as mine was over 30 years old. He returned to fit that last week and carry out some remedial work. He was friendly, turned up when he said he would and carried out the work efficiently and left everything neat and tidy. Would recommend and definitely use for any future electrical work.

Chas came out to sort out what transpired to be a faulty plug on my wall radiator which blew. He was very thorough and checked everything. Looked at my fuseboard and gave me good advice on that as well. Safety is key! He is a very experienced and up to date with current Gov regulations.
