Excellent service from start to finish for someone who is scared of going to the dentist I was made to feel at ease from the off these have restored my faith and also they went above and beyond to help me after an accident which resulted in a broken tooth I can not thank the practice enough.
Some of the best care i have ever had! they make you feel comfortable and relaxed when you are in the chair and really care about your wellbeing and oral hygiene.
The Bupa dental care receptionists have improved a lot. They were super helpful in getting me an emergency appointment the next day for my wisdom tooth extraction. My regular NHS dentist is Loana Bota, but she’s on holiday, Dr. Samy took care of me. He was really professional and explained everything clearly. He used tiny needles for the injection before the surgery, and honestly, it was completely painless compared to my previous experiences. When I got home, I didn’t feel any numbness or pain like I did before. Bupa definitely knows how to find the best dentist like Dr.Samy. I highly recommend Bupa Dental Care Grimsby.
