I have been a patient of the Bupa Dental Care (Lincoln) clinic for several years. Despite me being an NHS client, I have never experienced any hint of being treated less politely or professionally than a private client. My thanks to the team.
Such friendly and polite staff. Also the most relaxed I have ever been in a dental chair. Exceptional practice.
Recently had an appointment here after being referred by my NHS dentist. The staff were all friendly and professional, as I went into the appointment I warned the dentist I was not the best patient as I did not like going to the dentist - but they put me at ease immediately! Both the dentist & dental nurse I saw were friendly & kind. Thank you for a lovely experience
The best dentist around. I am an NHS patient and have been for many years, and I am so lucky. I never struggle to get an appointment and the care I receive from Ana is outstanding.
Just had my first check up with my New Dentist Alejandro Contrera ,what a lovely man I,m a very nervous patient and he was so kind put me at ease straight away. Also the dental nurse working with him was lovely. I won't feel as nervous next visit
