Excellent care from all the surgery staff today. Friendly, efficient, polite professional reception staff. My appointment was with Johnson the hygienist & what an asset he is to the surgery! I was very nervous as to me a trip to the hygienist is a very personal thing and makes me feel vulnerable. I need not have had any concerns. I was put at ease immediately by Johnson’s friendly, reassuring, professional manner. He was very kind, gentle, stopped immediately when I indicated I needed to swallow and very thorough. My teeth feel fabulous! So clean and sparkly! I’ve been with this practice for many years and seriously contemplated leaving the practice when it was taken over. I’m so pleased I didn’t leave. Taff and the whole team are fantastic. Coningsby is very lucky to have such a wonderful service in the village. Well done all of you

Havent visited the dentist in about 20 years due to a bad experience. Needed a tooth removing and was petrified to get it sorted. Went to this dental practice and cant praise and thank the dentist and nurse enough they were both incredible. Also the receptionist was very helpful and patient after the extraction when needing to book another appointment

Went to see Johnson the hygienist yesterday and I am so happy with the results . Johnson is so thorough , and explains the procedure and gives tips on cleaning teeth . I can’t remember when my teeth looked as good as they do today . All the staff are lovely at the practice.

Wonderful dental surgery. The dentist I call Mr Sunshine because he always has a lovely smile & is so gentle. Today I had to have two teeth out & along with the lovely staff they helped me to not feel nervous & was so kind. I have been with this surgery for over 30 years & Dr Taff has been my dentist now for over two years & I couldn't wish for anyone better. The whole staff are to be commended. I would recommend this practice.
