Was referred here to have a tooth taken out. From start to finish, they have been fantastic. I arrived this morning for my appointment, feeling nervous as always at the dentist. But I was made to feel calm and relaxed straight away. Everything was explained thoroughly throughout the process. Dental nurse was so lovely and chatty which helped keep me calm. I was referred here for a wisdom tooth extraction which I expected to be tricky to remove. My dental surgeon and nurse were both very professional and able to keep me calm and explained the whole procedure thoroughly. I was surprised at how quick it was done and was so pleased with their care. The ladies on the phone when booking were extremely pleasant and caring too, so my thanks go to the whole team.

Went in for a tooth extraction following a referral from my own dentist after a failed extraction. Staff were very friendly and Anas Nashawi and his nurse gave me continuous information during the procedure, putting my mind at ease throughout. Very clear instructions following the procedure as to home care and following up if any issues arise.

I was referred to Bupa Dental Care for the extraction of my two lower impacted wisdom teeth. To say I was nervous, is an understatement. However, Dr Anas Nashawi was very patient and reassuring - explained the procedure and I went ahead, even returning for the 2nd wisdom tooth removal which is a testament to how well I was looked after during the first procedure. The nurses I had during my two visits were brilliant, reassuring and talked me through as the procedure was carried out. Recovery was uncomfortable, to be expected - I found the after care information very helpful. I can't thank the staff enough for their patience, reassurance & professionalism.

Great service, friendly staff. Not a lot you can say about a Wisdom tooth extraction, no pain at the time but face came up like a balloon, and I had a bruise from my ear to my throat. Not a pleasant experience but all in all everything was very professional, nurse was very comforting and the surgeon was quick and sewing was very neat, apparently!!
