I’ve never known a dentist surgery so fantastic to this surgery. Every appointment has been brilliant. When calling the dentist you are welcomed and helped above and beyond on the telephone. Even if queries and help is needed then they will always try and resolve and call back until resolved. One lady who I’ve spoken to on the phone and in person at every appointment and query - sorry I can’t remember your name but you are one of a kind, you are incredible and I’m glad I get to speak to you and you help me out till the end . Dr. Fahd Zaheer is absolutely amazing . He makes going to the dentist something to look forward to with his big smile and occasionally funny dad jokes. Him and his nurse assistant really show alot of care for their patients.

Had an appointment with Dr Fahd Zaheer . He is very professional yet with an old fashione touch , like it used to be . That he knows you personally. Explaining all throughout the appointment & procedures. He tried so hard to get one of my deep rooted rotten tooth out .stopping at point of my pain threshold, injecting multiple times & keep trying to get it out . He had so much patience and advised me to have a local anaesthetic at another specialist dentist ,due to the fact it could be infused to the bone . Had this done & pain free now thanks to mr Zaheer .

I have always been apprehensive about visiting the dentist, but my experience with Dr. Fahd was truly exceptional. The treatment was completely pain-free, and Dr. Fahd's comforting manner made all the difference. He took his time to explain every detail of the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety. Due to unlucky experiences I hadn’t visited a dentist for some time. After much research, booked appointment with Thorndike. Dental visits no longer a worry as the whole Thorndike team are so lovely and welcoming. After fully discussing my options and being given a concise plan I opted for composite bonding.
