Upon arrival, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. In my much younger years I had a terrible experience with the dentist which left me scarred with anxiety, yet Dr Akhil and his team were gentle, and reassuring and I did not feel a thing. My son even said I liked Dr Akhil, he is a nice guy and the hygienist seemed to get my son on his side too. A win, win in my books. It was a pleasant experience, the motto Health and Smile rings true. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice

Absolutely fantastic care by Bespoke Dental Lounge. They always have my best interests in mind. I’m an extremely anxious person when it comes to the dentist and find it to be quite terrifying. Dr Patel soon put my fears to rest and explained everything to me, putting me at ease almost immediately. He explained my treatment clearly, offered me options and worked with me to work out a plan. I’m so grateful to find a dentist who doesn’t push treatments on you, listens to your concerns and works with you to get the work done - thank you so so much - I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist absolutely come here 10/10!

This practice was rightly recommended to me by my wife and has been excellent. Akhil is very friendly and professional and checked my mouth out very comprehensively. The initial verdict was not great but I appreciated the honesty. I had to have a couple of extractions which I was dreading, but in the event it was all over very quickly. He numbed me up suitably without leaving me a dribbling wreck afterwards, and his post-operative care notes were very useful.

Incredible service all the way through. This highly skilled team run a slick operation and are professional, courteous, friendly and approachable. They've created miracles with my teeth straightening, my braces were taken off today and I'm completely thrilled with the results. I'm constantly grinning like a Cheshire cat! We are always greeted by the lovely staff and waiting times are very short. The clinic is always smelling fresh and the hygiene process is to the highest standard. Dr Ian is very thorough when explaining to my daughter the next steps and he takes great care in looking after her. I would highly would highly recommend such a great service.

Moved here recently from a large local practice and am so pleased I did. From the very first phone call the experience was friendly and welcoming. Dr Downey is amazingly calm, gentle and patient. Wonderful family dentist, I’ve been coming for 12yrs. My daughter has been welcomed to the dentist from when she was a toddler and thankfully has no fear of the dentist as I did as a child. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You’re always greeted with a smile from the lovely receptionists.

I am a very nervous patient and it took a lot just to ring and make the appointment but I was immediately put at ease the moment I walked through the door from Mark on reception to meeting Dr Robin Ramsphoye. He has been absolutely brilliant with my care and I can honestly say I no longer feel nervous and would definitely recommend using Dorking Dental Centre.

I was terrified to go to the dentist after a bad experience many years ago, but I ended up heading to Dorking dental centre as I had the worst toothache. Thankfully I had an appointment with Robin and he is not only a fantastic dentist but he goes above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable and calm from start to finish. He explained everything that he was doing and showed me every piece of equipment before starting any work. He checked with me constantly throughout the appointment to make sure I was ok. I also received regular phone calls after my appointment to make sure I was doing ok. I don't suppose I will ever be a fan of going but under Robin's care I can relax and know that I'm in very safe and caring hands. In fact the whole team there are wonderful so I'd recommend them to everyone and moving forward with my treatment I don't dread going anymore. Thank you all. Lisa Hodge

Longborough have given me excellent treatment over several years. This includes some replacement fillings and a capped tooth, plus regular hygiene appointments. Extremely well organized, good facilities, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and most importantly pain free. Not cheap, but good value for money.

Absolutely top class, I felt very secure that the treatment plans recommended were made with my best interest in mind. I have received the best possible care and attention to detail was given at every appointment. Every member of the Reception team, all of the nurses and all dental practitioners that took care of me were so caring and gentle and after the first appointment I was actually looking forward to the next visits. All of the specialists are superbly skilled. They all showed incredible level of expertise in their individual fields. I would like to thank dr William and dr Mohamed, lovely Michelle and Georgia, Dawn at Reception but most of all dr Lucy, she is my favourite!

I cannot rate this practice highly enough. I had to have a root canal treatment and was pretty scared as I have a low pain threshold. From the reception staff to the dental nurse to dental specialist, I received information (verbal and written), treatment, care and follow-up of the highest degree. After the first of a projected two-part treatment I have no fear of the next. The place is clean, bright, pleasant and comfortable. Once in the waiting room there is very little waiting time, equipment used seems to be the highly sophisticated and modern. Honestly? If you're looking for a recommendation, I wholeheartedly give this one 10/10

I had my first appointment with Dr Bela yesterday and I ended up having to have two filings. Dentists usually fill me with fear and panic but Dr Bela was so sweet and kind and I found I wasn’t worried at all. She talked me through all the steps and showed me exactly what she was doing with the camera the whole way through. I opted not to have any anaesthetic due to health reasons and Dr Bela was so gentle and made sure I barely felt it. Fantastic place I’m so chuffed and feel very reassured knowing I’m in very safe hands . Thank you .

I suffer from major anxiety at dentists. From the moment I met Dr Bela, I felt safe. I've had four fillings and a crown rework, and at every point I've felt cared for by her, and the dental nurse Antonio's, utter professionalism and speed. Look, there's nothing fun about getting a filling, but all mine have been done with speed, great care and expertise. Yesterday, I had a bit of a panic attack, Dr Bela and the nurse were so generous with their patience and kindness, I felt very moved. I'd like to point out how lovely the staff are at reception too. Courteous, kind and warm. I'm a bit chatty and they never rush me! Dr Kataria saw me for a possible root canal and he could not have been gentler or kinder.

I am most definitely not a fan of dentists. Today I had an amazing experience. Dr Kataria was such a caring patient person. Dr Kataria took time to explain and make sure I understood what he was going to do. He Showed me photos to explain the procedure. He is a very thoughtful person understanding the patient needs and making sure they are met. The technical experience he showed today was above and beyond. Dr Kataria showed so much patient with the treatment. I have never had such caring treatment and felt so relaxed. I left the dentist today feeling I had such a position experience . Timberhill is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Leanne and Carla are amazing hygienists - and I don’t say that lightly. Bella always has my best interests at heart and I genuinely look forward to seeing her, and Antonio is always helpful and friendly. I would like to highly recommend the team in Dorking. I had been referred by my Horsham dentist to see Dr Pauline Lautard for Periodontal work and Sumeet Oberai for Prosthodontics composite bonding. I was anxious but l had no need to be. After Pauline numbed my gums l had no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. With Sumeet numbing was not needed. He made me feel completely relaxed and again pain free. My teeth look very natural. I am absolutely thrilled.

After a failed root canal elsewhere, I was referred to their incredible team for specialist treatment, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Lauren at reception was wonderfully polite, accommodating, and friendly, instantly putting me at ease. From the very first interaction, I felt I was in good hands. My treatment with Vipul Kataria was nothing short of amazing. I went in feeling very nervous, but his calm and reassuring manner quickly put me at ease. He explained everything thoroughly, was incredibly gentle, and I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain throughout the procedure. Even the anesthetic injection, which I normally dread, was completely painless—an absolute first for me! Vipul’s attention to detail and his dedication to high standards were evident throughout. The teamwork between him and the brilliant dental nurse Emma was seamless. Together, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. To my surprise, I experienced no pain at all after the procedure—not even the day after, which I found truly remarkable. My wife and kids have been patients at Old Court for ages and have always been complimentary of the staff. I became a regular’ patient a few years ago and wish I had done so sooner! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and Rishi has the best chair-side manner of any dentist I’ve ever had. He always takes time to explain any issues and the options available to remedy the problems. I've been a client of The Old Court House Dental Practice for nearly a decade and recently had a minor surgical procedure to fill a deep cavity that was in very close proximity to the nerve ending of the tooth. Rishi is a highly experienced dental surgeon and his care and expertise is exemplary. After have issues with the service and level of care in different private dental practices in the past, I feel reassured whenever I am under his expert care. Furthermore, Elaine who manages admin and reception is also a delight to deal with and completes the whole experience of being under the care of a throughly professional dental practice. If you are looking for dental care in Surrey or the wider area then there is no need to look elsewhere. Highly recommend.

My two young children had their second appointment today and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The receptionist is such a lovely and genuine woman, she really made the children feel at ease and welcome. She addressed them with their names as soon as we came in - little touches like a warm welcome mean a lot! The dentist was equally as lovely. He really put them both at ease, so much so that my two year old climbed into the chair and got herself into position! I was amazed. Thank you for making it such a positive experience for them both.

I’ve previously always dreaded the dentist, but Lowcroft has changed my opinion! Plus sides: - Never struggled for parking. - Reception staff are lovely and very personable, always greeted with a smile and are always friendly! - Nilam is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had! She communicates excellently, when it comes to procedures, she is very gentle and is very accommodating (I’m a nervous patient). And her work is perfection! - Following my treatment, I received an online survey to make sure I wasn’t in any pain, and what to do if I was. - Nilam also took the time to understand where I want to be with my teeth and has given me great plan to get there! - Hygienist is also very thorough, my teeth felt so smooth after and no pain at all during the clean! I felt very well looked after and I know I’m in great hands when I visit Lowcroft! Highly recommend!
