Today I visited The Smile Gallery for an emergency appointment after knocking my teeth out at work. The staff were amazing as soon as I arrived and made me feel welcome and comfortable straight away. I was in a-lot of pain and extremely nervous after having bad experiences with other practices but Rahul was brilliant and made me feel at ease and really helped me with my situation. I came to the smile gallery after a recommendation from a friend. Since I was a teenager I all I ever wished for was a perfect smile. I never smiled showing my teeth, and was extremely self conscious about them. I also had a massive fear of the dentist after a bad experience with a root canal many years ago. This fear never needed to be a thing with the smile gallery. The whole team at the smile gallery has been with me every step of the way to my dream smile. They have gone above and beyond for me. And I cannot thank them enough. Graduating the second time around I was a compleat different person now with my dream and I could not stop smiling for the whole day! I cannot put into words with how much confidence I had in myself. All I had to worry about was not falling over in my heals across the stage instead of who was looking at me. I cannot say a big enough thank you and I appreciate every one at the smile gallery so much!

From the reception team through to the practitioners, Caring Dental really do live up to their name. My wife has been using this practice since it opened however since we moved out the area, I chose someone more local. I had a problem which did not get resolved well and my wife persuaded me to use Caring. Have not looked back since. A special mention to the reception team, the most friendly and accommodating, I was even offered the use of their home car charger as there is not one in the area !

It's exactly what it says "Caring Dental" I've been coming to this clinic for the past 2 years and I feel the care and the utmost treatment every single time. Chris is professional and he explains all the steps of what the treatment will include before he starts, and he also explains it as he is doing the work. He cares about protecting the original teeth and only recommend fillings if really needed. The before and after image of my teeth is so satisfying. The hygienists as well are all professional, and they do a thorough job. They always gives me tips on how I best look after my teeth and gum.

I've always been really anxious about the dentist (childhood experiences!) so I'm really fussy about who I will see. Natalie at Caring Dental has been amazing. She's very clear, very kind, very knowledgeable. She puts me at my ease, whether I'm just having a check up or a treatment and discusses what's going on with my teeth really clearly, gives great advice and involves me in decisions. Most importantly, I've had to have a couple of fillings without anxiety or pain. Can't recommend Caring Dental and Natalie enough. The whole team are FAB!

I visited James Dodd at Caring Dental today for a filling. As always he was careful and considerate and took time to ensure that I was comfortable before starting the dental work and kept checking that I was OK during the procedure. Like many other people I imagine, I get a bit anxious about visits to the dentist but I have to say that James and his colleagues at Caring Dental always make it as positive and comfortable an experience as possible. James has also recently carried out complex work on another tooth which has meant that I do not have to have the tooth extracted; for that I am extremely grateful.

I had been having such horrendous dental pain for the longest time. Townend managed to book me in for an emergency appointment a few months ago and since coming here all my pain has completely disappeared. I required some dental extractions and I had a huge fear of the dentist but this practise has truly been so incredibly warm and welcoming. From the receptionist to the dental nurses and the dentists themselves, such an incredible team full of brilliant service and compassion that goes such a long way. Thank you for all your help, I can finally go about my day to day without being in excruciating pain and crying all the time.

This practise is the very best in every way! I used to be terrified of the dentist until I found Shaun and now I completely trust them. From the time you ring and speak to the receptionist to when you're being helped by the dental assistant and finally to treatment, service is excellent. They all go the extra mile. The best possible dental experience! The practice feels welcoming and relaxing, while also being highly professional with modern equipment and fittings. All of the staff are lovely and personable, making sure you are at ease. Dr Shaun has a very kind and gentle demeanour and takes great care to make any treatments as comfortable as possible.

I suffer from major anxiety at dentists. From the moment I met Dr Bela, I felt safe. I've had four fillings and a crown rework, and at every point I've felt cared for by her, and the dental nurse Antonio's, utter professionalism and speed. Look, there's nothing fun about getting a filling, but all mine have been done with speed, great care and expertise. Yesterday, I had a bit of a panic attack, Dr Bela and the nurse were so generous with their patience and kindness, I felt very moved. I'd like to point out how lovely the staff are at reception too. Courteous, kind and warm. I'm a bit chatty and they never rush me! Dr Kataria saw me for a possible root canal and he could not have been gentler or kinder.

Timberhill is by far the best dentist Iāve ever been to. Leanne and Carla are amazing hygienists - and I donāt say that lightly. Bella always has my best interests at heart and I genuinely look forward to seeing her, and Antonio is always helpful and friendly. I had my first appointment with Dr Bela yesterday and I ended up having to have two filings. Dentists usually fill me with fear and panic but Dr Bela was so sweet and kind and I found I wasnāt worried at all. She talked me through all the steps and showed me exactly what she was doing with the camera the whole way through. I opted not to have any anaesthetic due to health reasons and Dr Bela was so gentle and made sure I barely felt it. Fantastic place Iām so chuffed and feel very reassured knowing Iām in very safe hands . Thank you .

I am most definitely not a fan of dentists. Today I had an amazing experience. Dr Kataria was such a caring patient person. Dr Kataria took time to explain and make sure I understood what he was going to do. He Showed me photos to explain the procedure. He is a very thoughtful person understanding the patient needs and making sure they are met. The technical experience he showed today was above and beyond. Dr Kataria showed so much patient with the treatment. I have never had such caring treatment and felt so relaxed. I left the dentist today feeling I had such a position experience . I was never in any discomfort during the treatment. Dr Katarias assistant was equally caring. I would have no doubt at all in reminding Dr Kataria

Absolutely wonderful practice who went above and beyond to help my dreadful pain on Coronation Day last year. They were recommended by 111 as I was in agony and despite not having space, agreed to see me as a new patient at the end of surgery on a bank holiday weekend. Lovely, kind receptionist who made my elderly mum feel welcome and made her a coffee and allowed her to watch the Coronation while I was treated!! Now my regular dentist and my husband has also transferred. Will never go anywhere else!!! Cannot recommend highly enough.

My visit was if it's possible to say baring in mind it's a dentists surgery exceptionally pleasant. I'm delighted how my teeth look and feel. Dr Neggin Heidari-Robinson has been my dentist for many years and I have continued to use her for treatment due to her professional qualities even though I have moved out of her catchment area. I have always found her attentive when listening to my dental issues and willing to take time to explain simplistically treatment options and outcomes. Her friendly manner has put me at ease with sometimes difficult procedures and her work seems to be of great quality and skill as I have experienced negligible ongoing problems. I would not hesistate to recommend her!!

Went to Dr Neggin with a tooth that needed extraction. Was terrified as hadnāt had any teeth out ever and had got really anxious about it. I thought I would be there ages brought pain killers and took the next morning off. Injections were best I have ever had no pain !! Tooth was out in 5mins and no pain next day. Actually couldnāt believe how easy she made it, calm, knowledgeable and just amazing! I had got all stressed over a simple procedure! Professional and just brilliant at her job. 5stars isnāt enough !!!

Iāve previously always dreaded the dentist, but Lowcroft has changed my opinion! Plus sides: - Never struggled for parking. - Reception staff are lovely and very personable, always greeted with a smile and are always friendly! - Nilam is by far the best dentist Iāve ever had! She communicates excellently, when it comes to procedures, she is very gentle and is very accommodating (Iām a nervous patient). And her work is perfection! - Following my treatment, I received an online survey to make sure I wasnāt in any pain, and what to do if I was. - Nilam also took the time to understand where I want to be with my teeth and has given me great plan to get there! - Hygienist is also very thorough, my teeth felt so smooth after and no pain at all during the clean! I felt very well looked after and I know Iām in great hands when I visit Lowcroft! Highly recommend!

Recently joined this dental surgery. Very grateful we got an NHS place after our surgery of many many years went private and were stranded. I have just had a crown put in and can only rate it very highly. No frills with unnecessary bibs or pink mouthwash unless needed just good dentistry from Yousif.
