I’ve been a patient at ODL Dental clinic for a few years now, and the care and service are always outstanding. The reception staff are warm, friendly, and helpful, which makes every visit start on a positive note. Today, I had a hygiene appointment with Natalya, who was kind and gentle. My dentist, Angie, is fantastic and very knowledgeable!—she always puts me at ease and ensures I feel comfortable throughout each visit. I can't say enough good things about ODL Dental Clinic! I have been a patient for more than 10 years; From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff here are amazing—so friendly and professional. They really take the time to explain everything, making sure I understood all my treatment options without feeling rushed. Sometimes they are very busy but I am always happy to wait. One of the best parts! The prices are honest and super affordable! I’ve been to other dental clinics before, and the costs can be really high, but at ODL, I never felt like I was getting taken advantage of. The pay as you go option works really well. I’ve had a few different procedures done, braces first and bondings after. Each time has been a great experience. The dentists are skilled and truly care about their patients! Dr Angie is great! I’ve just had an appointment with the lovely hygienist Roxanna. I am SO impressed! From start to finish she was so friendly, bubbly, helpful and made me feel so relaxed! I currently have fixed braces and she told me lots of helpful tips on how to keep my teeth clean etc. I have been a bit worried about cleaning them properly since having the braces on but Roxanna guided me through lots of things to help when cleaning them and reassured me. So grateful and I could tell she really wanted to help me as much as possible. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

Today I visited The Smile Gallery for an emergency appointment after knocking my teeth out at work. The staff were amazing as soon as I arrived and made me feel welcome and comfortable straight away. I came to the smile gallery after a recommendation from a friend. Since I was a teenager I all I ever wished for was a perfect smile. I never smiled showing my teeth, and was extremely self conscious about them. I also had a massive fear of the dentist after a bad experience with a root canal many years ago. This fear never needed to be a thing with the smile gallery. The whole team at the smile gallery has been with me every step of the way to my dream smile. They have gone above and beyond for me. And I cannot thank them enough. Graduating the second time around I was a compleat different person now with my dream and I could not stop smiling for the whole day! I cannot put into words with how much confidence I had in myself. All I had to worry about was not falling over in my heals across the stage instead of who was looking at me. After a failed root canal elsewhere, I was referred to their incredible team for specialist treatment, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Lauren at reception was wonderfully polite, accommodating, and friendly, instantly putting me at ease. From the very first interaction, I felt I was in good hands. My treatment with Vipul Kataria was nothing short of amazing. I went in feeling very nervous, but his calm and reassuring manner quickly put me at ease. He explained everything thoroughly, was incredibly gentle, and I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain throughout the procedure. Even the anesthetic injection, which I normally dread, was completely painless—an absolute first for me! Vipul’s attention to detail and his dedication to high standards were evident throughout. The teamwork between him and the brilliant dental nurse Emma was seamless. Together, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. To my surprise, I experienced no pain at all after the procedure—not even the day after, which I found truly remarkable. Vipul, if you ever consider moving into general dentistry (though I know it might not be challenging enough for you!), please let me know. I would sign up as your regular patient in an instant! I would like to highly recommend the team in Dorking. I had been referred by my Horsham dentist to see Dr Pauline Lautard for Periodontal work and Sumeet Oberai for Prosthodontics composite bonding. I was anxious but l had no need to be. After Pauline numbed my gums l had no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. With Sumeet numbing was not needed. He made me feel completely relaxed and again pain free. My teeth look very natural. I am absolutely thrilled.

This practise is the very best in every way! I used to be terrified of the dentist until I found Shaun and now I completely trust them. I had been having such horrendous dental pain for the longest time. Townend managed to book me in for an emergency appointment a few months ago and since coming here all my pain has completely disappeared. I required some dental extractions and I had a huge fear of the dentist but this practise has truly been so incredibly warm and welcoming. From the receptionist to the dental nurses and the dentists themselves, such an incredible team full of brilliant service and compassion that goes such a long way. Thank you for all your help, I can finally go about my day to day without being in excruciating pain and crying all the time.

Wonderful Dental practice. Cannot recommend or praise it enough. The staff are so lovely and helpful; Mr Philips and Sanjay are the best dentists I’ve ever had - gentle, honest, caring and very personable. I’ve been coming to the White House dental Practice since I was a child in the mid 90s (Before it went fully private). Even after moving 20 miles away, I still come here. I developed a fear of dentists after moving to another practice in my teens but since returning to the White House that fear has completely gone!

I have recently had a large filling replaced by a lovely lady dentist at this practice. She removed a 26 year old filling that had been done at this practice. I had not been to the dentist for 11 years as I'm an extremely nervous patient. The staff here are wonderful. So kind and genuine. The young lady at reception was so genuinely kind and empathetic to customers both 9n the phone and in person. They should all be proud of the 3xemplary service they provide. My filling is perfect! I cant even feel I've had anything done! Amazing service all round.

I've always been really anxious about the dentist (childhood experiences!) so I'm really fussy about who I will see. Natalie at Caring Dental has been amazing. She's very clear, very kind, very knowledgeable. She puts me at my ease, whether I'm just having a check up or a treatment and discusses what's going on with my teeth really clearly, gives great advice and involves me in decisions. Most importantly, I've had to have a couple of fillings without anxiety or pain. Can't recommend Caring Dental and Natalie enough. The whole team are FAB!

From the reception team through to the practitioners, Caring Dental really do live up to their name. My wife has been using this practice since it opened however since we moved out the area, I chose someone more local. I had a problem which did not get resolved well and my wife persuaded me to use Caring. Have not looked back since. A special mention to the reception team, the most friendly and accommodating, I was even offered the use of their home car charger as there is not one in the area !

I visited James Dodd at Caring Dental today for a filling. As always he was careful and considerate and took time to ensure that I was comfortable before starting the dental work and kept checking that I was OK during the procedure. Like many other people I imagine, I get a bit anxious about visits to the dentist but I have to say that James and his colleagues at Caring Dental always make it as positive and comfortable an experience as possible. James has also recently carried out complex work on another tooth which has meant that I do not have to have the tooth extracted; for that I am extremely grateful.

It's exactly what it says "Caring Dental" I've been coming to this clinic for the past 2 years and I feel the care and the utmost treatment every single time. Chris is professional and he explains all the steps of what the treatment will include before he starts, and he also explains it as he is doing the work. He cares about protecting the original teeth and only recommend fillings if really needed. The before and after image of my teeth is so satisfying. The hygienists as well are all professional, and they do a thorough job. They always gives me tips on how I best look after my teeth and gum.

I suffer from major anxiety at dentists. From the moment I met Dr Bela, I felt safe. I've had four fillings and a crown rework, and at every point I've felt cared for by her, and the dental nurse Antonio's, utter professionalism and speed. Look, there's nothing fun about getting a filling, but all mine have been done with speed, great care and expertise. Yesterday, I had a bit of a panic attack, Dr Bela and the nurse were so generous with their patience and kindness, I felt very moved. I'd like to point out how lovely the staff are at reception too. Courteous, kind and warm. I'm a bit chatty and they never rush me! Dr Kataria saw me for a possible root canal and he could not have been gentler or kinder.

I am most definitely not a fan of dentists. Today I had an amazing experience. Dr Kataria was such a caring patient person. Dr Kataria took time to explain and make sure I understood what he was going to do. He Showed me photos to explain the procedure. He is a very thoughtful person understanding the patient needs and making sure they are met. The technical experience he showed today was above and beyond. Dr Kataria showed so much patient with the treatment. I have never had such caring treatment and felt so relaxed. I left the dentist today feeling I had such a position experience . I had my first appointment with Dr Bela yesterday and I ended up having to have two filings. Dentists usually fill me with fear and panic but Dr Bela was so sweet and kind and I found I wasn’t worried at all. She talked me through all the steps and showed me exactly what she was doing with the camera the whole way through. I opted not to have any anaesthetic due to health reasons and Dr Bela was so gentle and made sure I barely felt it. Fantastic place I’m so chuffed and feel very reassured knowing I’m in very safe hands . Thank you .

As an anxious dental patient from childhood, I have found going to the dentist an immensely traumatic experience - until I started to attend the Kenley Dental Practice. Astraea the receptionist is always polite, helpful and calm. Evelyn the dental nurse is very reassuring, caring and professional.
