I cannot recommend Surrey Dental Specialists highly enough! After a failed root canal elsewhere, I was referred to their incredible team for specialist treatment, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Lauren at reception was wonderfully polite, accommodating, and friendly, instantly putting me at ease. From the very first interaction, I felt I was in good hands. My treatment with Vipul Kataria was nothing short of amazing. I went in feeling very nervous, but his calm and reassuring manner quickly put me at ease. He explained everything thoroughly, was incredibly gentle, and I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain throughout the procedure. Even the anesthetic injection, which I normally dread, was completely painless—an absolute first for me! Vipul’s attention to detail and his dedication to high standards were evident throughout. The teamwork between him and the brilliant dental nurse Emma was seamless. Together, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. To my surprise, I experienced no pain at all after the procedure—not even the day after, which I found truly remarkable. Vipul, if you ever consider moving into general dentistry (though I know it might not be challenging enough for you!), please let me know. I would sign up as your regular patient in an instant! I would like to highly recommend the team in Dorking. I had been referred by my Horsham dentist to see Dr Pauline Lautard for Periodontal work and Sumeet Oberai for Prosthodontics composite bonding. I was anxious but l had no need to be. After Pauline numbed my gums l had no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. With Sumeet numbing was not needed. He made me feel completely relaxed and again pain free. My teeth look very natural. I am absolutely thrilled.

Today I visited The Smile Gallery for an emergency appointment after knocking my teeth out at work. The staff were amazing as soon as I arrived and made me feel welcome and comfortable straight away. I was in a-lot of pain and extremely nervous after having bad experiences with other practices but Rahul was brilliant and made me feel at ease and really helped me with my situation. I came to the smile gallery after a recommendation from a friend. Since I was a teenager I all I ever wished for was a perfect smile. I never smiled showing my teeth, and was extremely self conscious about them. I also had a massive fear of the dentist after a bad experience with a root canal many years ago. This fear never needed to be a thing with the smile gallery. The whole team at the smile gallery has been with me every step of the way to my dream smile. They have gone above and beyond for me. And I cannot thank them enough. Graduating the second time around I was a compleat different person now with my dream and I could not stop smiling for the whole day! I cannot put into words with how much confidence I had in myself. All I had to worry about was not falling over in my heals across the stage instead of who was looking at me. I cannot say a big enough thank you and I appreciate every one at the smile gallery so much!

From the reception team through to the practitioners, Caring Dental really do live up to their name. My wife has been using this practice since it opened however since we moved out the area, I chose someone more local. I had a problem which did not get resolved well and my wife persuaded me to use Caring. Have not looked back since. A special mention to the reception team, the most friendly and accommodating, I was even offered the use of their home car charger as there is not one in the area !

It's exactly what it says "Caring Dental" I've been coming to this clinic for the past 2 years and I feel the care and the utmost treatment every single time. Chris is professional and he explains all the steps of what the treatment will include before he starts, and he also explains it as he is doing the work. He cares about protecting the original teeth and only recommend fillings if really needed. The before and after image of my teeth is so satisfying. The hygienists as well are all professional, and they do a thorough job. They always gives me tips on how I best look after my teeth and gum.

I've always been really anxious about the dentist (childhood experiences!) so I'm really fussy about who I will see. Natalie at Caring Dental has been amazing. She's very clear, very kind, very knowledgeable. She puts me at my ease, whether I'm just having a check up or a treatment and discusses what's going on with my teeth really clearly, gives great advice and involves me in decisions. Most importantly, I've had to have a couple of fillings without anxiety or pain. Can't recommend Caring Dental and Natalie enough. The whole team are FAB!

I visited James Dodd at Caring Dental today for a filling. As always he was careful and considerate and took time to ensure that I was comfortable before starting the dental work and kept checking that I was OK during the procedure. Like many other people I imagine, I get a bit anxious about visits to the dentist but I have to say that James and his colleagues at Caring Dental always make it as positive and comfortable an experience as possible. James has also recently carried out complex work on another tooth which has meant that I do not have to have the tooth extracted; for that I am extremely grateful.

The best dentist I've ever had Puts your mind at ease pain less frenly clean

I have had a good experience here. Dr Patel is thorough with his examination and gives a care plan with options where available. Going to a dental clinic is something i never look forward to but the team are nice and i don’t feel like I’m being fleeced. There’s a small parking to the rear of the building as well, which is always helpful.

Amazing practice ! Dr Patel saw me last min with an emergency which was causing me a lot of problems ! He helped me straight away and got me out of pain as well as explaining all options for future treatments well. Thank you so much to him and the lovely practice manager for squeezing me in to!! I’ve just had an appointment with the lovely hygienist Roxanna. I am SO impressed! From start to finish she was so friendly, bubbly, helpful and made me feel so relaxed! I currently have fixed braces and she told me lots of helpful tips on how to keep my teeth clean etc. I have been a bit worried about cleaning them properly since having the braces on but Roxanna guided me through lots of things to help when cleaning them and reassured me. So grateful and I could tell she really wanted to help me as much as possible. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

Great team! I had a really tough visit because of bad anxiety, but the dentist and dentist assistant were so kind and supportive. They gave me time, kept me calm, and made a really difficult experience so much easier. The receptionists were super friendly too, which made the whole vibe of the place really welcoming.

Timberhill is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Leanne and Carla are amazing hygienists - and I don’t say that lightly. Bella always has my best interests at heart and I genuinely look forward to seeing her, and Antonio is always helpful and friendly. I suffer from major anxiety at dentists. From the moment I met Dr Bela, I felt safe. I've had four fillings and a crown rework, and at every point I've felt cared for by her, and the dental nurse Antonio's, utter professionalism and speed. Look, there's nothing fun about getting a filling, but all mine have been done with speed, great care and expertise. Yesterday, I had a bit of a panic attack, Dr Bela and the nurse were so generous with their patience and kindness, I felt very moved. I'd like to point out how lovely the staff are at reception too. Courteous, kind and warm. I'm a bit chatty and they never rush me! Dr Kataria saw me for a possible root canal and he could not have been gentler or kinder.

I am most definitely not a fan of dentists. Today I had an amazing experience. Dr Kataria was such a caring patient person. Dr Kataria took time to explain and make sure I understood what he was going to do. He Showed me photos to explain the procedure. He is a very thoughtful person understanding the patient needs and making sure they are met. The technical experience he showed today was above and beyond. Dr Kataria showed so much patient with the treatment. I have never had such caring treatment and felt so relaxed. I left the dentist today feeling I had such a position experience . I was never in any discomfort during the treatment. Dr Katarias assistant was equally caring. I would have no doubt at all in reminding Dr Kataria

I had my first appointment with Dr Bela yesterday and I ended up having to have two filings. Dentists usually fill me with fear and panic but Dr Bela was so sweet and kind and I found I wasn’t worried at all. She talked me through all the steps and showed me exactly what she was doing with the camera the whole way through. I opted not to have any anaesthetic due to health reasons and Dr Bela was so gentle and made sure I barely felt it. Fantastic place I’m so chuffed and feel very reassured knowing I’m in very safe hands . Thank you .

Very friendly dental practice and I felt very comfortable, I was relaxed and had my eyes closed. I didn't feel no pain whatsoever. Every step of the way I was asked if I was okay, which was perfect for me. I had 2 teeth taken out and it was really quick. Also nice and clean practice.

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful on the phone. A gold crown that had been placed by this dental centre many years ago and that had lasted well fell out unexpectedly at lunchtime. I was seen at an emergency appointment at 3:30 pm the same day, only hours later. Hannah the dentist was reassuring and performed the procedure of cementing the crown to the tooth again very efficiently and gave time to make sure that I was happy with the result. A great service, provided at NHS minimal cost price.

The environment was exceptionally clean. The Welcome was excellent! The Dentists were very caring and professional. They provided me with information about the current condition of my teeth before I started the treatment. The extraction of my 2 teeth on my lower jaw was painless.
