The Waterden Dental Practice was recommended to me by a friend a few years ago. It has such a lovely, friendly atmosphere! I had a root canal/crown procedure a couple of years ago with Richard / Mittal which was painless with great results (unlike a previous experience elsewhere!) I have recently had a tooth implant by Mo which I am absolutely thrilled with. He did such a good job. It’s quite an invested procedure which happens over a few months but the end result is outstanding. Mo explained everything as he went along and it wasn’t at all painful (just a bit uncomfortable at times). Thoroughly recommend!

I was so stressed about finding a skilled and ethical dentist when I moved to Guildford. I’ve had an absolute horror experience in London a few years ago. After much research I found Mo and I couldn’t be happier! He is extremely professional, diligent and honest.

What a great team! I used to come here years ago, but then moved away. On my return I came to Waterden, still the same, but better if possible. Mitul was gentle and so honest which I appreciated, Sachi the hygienist, definitely the best I’ve ever had and Melissa the receptionist a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

As a very long standing patient at Notley Dental Care, I can wholeheartedly recommend their services. What is really noticeable and very much appreciated when having to consider options for treatment, is that they are clearly laid out, with no sense of being encouraged down a particular pathway. Most recently I have seen Dr Ali and his care and consideration and recommendations have been invaluable. I trust his judgement and am grateful to have such an excellent dental practice close to home.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Ziad Ali for 10 years now - always ultra-professional, but also a lovely friendly person who puts you at ease - I always look forward to seeing him. Perfect if you’re a nervous patient. Only suggests dental work that is necessary. Always innovating his practice and technically fantastic - he’s done some Bioclear for me which was done to a much better standard than a specialist practice I had had to previously use. And he also did the most fantastic Invisalign work for me on some very crooked teeth - I think he’s the most fantastic Invisalign practitioner. So, highly recommend in short! All the staff at Notley are lovely. Also need to recommend Hygienist Idalina Silva, particularly if you have children who are anxious or neurodiverse. Idalina dealt with my son brilliantly yesterday - he came in extremely anxious but left happy and enthusiastic about seeing her the next time, and with lots of advice for looking after his teeth which was pitched at just the right level for him. Very impressed. She’s also my hygienist and is equally fantastic with adults. Thanks Notley for looking after us for so long! Lucy

Phoned up for an emergency appointment. Tooth abcess. Was given an appointment for one and a half hours later. Really reassuring when you're in a bit of quandary. Excellent service when I got there. Cannot fault the Practice.

Recently joined the practice and had a great first experience with Dr Aradhana and Carlene the hygienist. Chloe on the front desk was very helpful and made the whole process painless.

Really good very professional and thorough. Go here. For example I saw dr shwarma and Dr Kavi both were excellent. Dr Kavi went beyond in her consultation she was able to identify that I have a jaw occlusion that meant I have a crossbite and gave me the option of referral. I really appreciate this as NO DENTIST has ever told me I have an inherited occlusion and I spent 3 years in braces and lost 4 teeth not knowing why and not fixing the issue I actually had. Now I have the option to sort out an issue that has given me low confidence since my teenage years

I have been with this dental practice for over 20 years. I have always been pleased with their care and service from Receptionist to Hygienist to the Dentist. My present dentist is Derek Whittle who is respectful, gentle, patient and will always explain anything he is going to do and ensure you are comfortable. I recently visited Chem Village Dental Studios, and I have to say, it was a thoroughly positive experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire practice was. The atmosphere was comforting, which immediately put me at ease. The receptionist was lovely—she was chatty and engaging, which made the waiting time fly by. Excellent care from the admin to the dental team. Great facilities and detailed analysis of dental issues with options for treatments. One of the admin team called me the day after my procedure to check all was well which I really appreciated. Dr Azimi was great and made sure I was aware what was happening throughout the treatment. I'm always impressed with the experience at Time Dental, and I've been a client for 6 or 7 years now. The premises are spotlessly clean, the staff always welcoming and efficient, and the dental care is excellent. Dr Rashid always takes the time for a quick chat and explains everything he's doing, offering advice and flagging up potential future areas of concern. Root canal treatment is always scarry but today Emma and her staff were very patient and efficient and all went off well. All the staff are welcoming and call the next day. Wish I had found you sooner..,, no hesitation in recommending even root canal - glad we saved my tooth and not painful at all!
