I am a very nervous patient and it took a lot just to ring and make the appointment but I was immediately put at ease the moment I walked through the door from Mark on reception to meeting Dr Robin Ramsphoye. He has been absolutely brilliant with my care and I can honestly say I no longer feel nervous and would definitely recommend using Dorking Dental Centre.

I was terrified to go to the dentist after a bad experience many years ago, but I ended up heading to Dorking dental centre as I had the worst toothache. Thankfully I had an appointment with Robin and he is not only a fantastic dentist but he goes above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable and calm from start to finish. He explained everything that he was doing and showed me every piece of equipment before starting any work. He checked with me constantly throughout the appointment to make sure I was ok. I also received regular phone calls after my appointment to make sure I was doing ok. I don't suppose I will ever be a fan of going but under Robin's care I can relax and know that I'm in very safe and caring hands. In fact the whole team there are wonderful so I'd recommend them to everyone and moving forward with my treatment I don't dread going anymore.
