Reception area bright, clean and welcoming. Receptionists always greet with a smile and make visitors feel welcome. Our Dentist and assistant (Sara and Emily) so friendly and compassionate, very professional and considerate of patient’s own needs and desires. Highly recommend this practice. My husband and I have been patients here since 1986 when John Thorpe set the standard for professionalism and friendliness. Long may it continue. Highly recommend.

I recently visited the Bupa Dental practice and I must say, the experience has been transformative. The staff at the practice are incredibly friendly, and my dentist, Sara, has been nothing short of amazing. I have always dreaded visiting the dentist to the point where I couldn't sleep for days before an appointment. However, since I started seeing Sara, things have massively improved. Sara is not only friendly but also very thoughtful and understanding. Even when I need a procedure, she takes her time so I don't feel rushed in any way, and her work is truly exceptional. Thanks to Sara's approach, I have gone from someone who hates the dentist to someone who is much more relaxed and no longer in deep fear. While I can't say I now love visiting the dentist, I am incredibly grateful for the positive change Sara has brought to my dental experience. I cant recommend Sara and the team enough :)
