Halfway through treatment. Bridge and implant. I'm a very nervous patient and I have been cared for and reassured at every step. I have been able to have treatment I never would have dreamed of due to my fear. As a nurse I'm familiar with patient centred care and treatment and I am receiving this at Great Bookham dental practice. Thoroughly recommend

Amazing experience. I walked in nervous and scared but the receptionist (I believe her name was Sangeeta) was amazing. While waiting for Dr Bilal, she kept assuring me that the procedure is safe and the Dr. knows what he's doing which made me feel a lot more at ease with the whole experience. Upon meeting with the dentist I felt safe in his hands as he explained everything thoroughly and checked with me to make sure I understand what I’m going through with. I look forward to coming back to continue with my treatment and seeing the team again.

I have been visiting this practice for quite some time and every time I visit, they really do put me at ease. The level of care is second to none and I feel completely safe in their hands. I can't recommend Love Teeth Dental enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel comfortable and at ease. All members of staff were exceptionally friendly and kind. I needed an emergency appt and was in pain and had spoken with 3 other practices all of who had been quite abrupt and seemed annoyed by my urgency.. I didn't really have a choice but it was still nice to be treated so decently! The practice is clean and really well presented, too. Will definitely be returning here as a first choice of dental care!

Wonderful practice! I saw Dr Evison twice for a check-up and to be fitted for a Sleep-eez device. The experience and friendly advice was perfect and the device has been incredibly impactful for my sleep quality. I also had a hygienist session with Agota that was careful and thorough and my teeth and gums feel so much better. Highly recommend!

The service from the Administration department at the Ivory dental practice is 1st class. The dental professionals are absolutely superb. I would rate Ivory dental as the best you can find anywhere. Professional, friendly and above all, a practice you can trust.

Amazing service! Everyone is professional and warm from the moment you walk in. I’ve been several times and always left with a smile on my face (made even better by the dentists of course!) Can’t recommend enough! Reception staff are really nice and welcoming, the dental nurse I had really put me at ease as I’m a nervous patient with anxiety. She did her best to make the experience the best it could be. As for the dentist I saw, (I think he was the owner too) nothing short of amazing! He listened to my concerns about my teeth, what I wanted my end goal to be with no judgement at all. The examination was very in dept - never had a dentist check my mouth that well. He then explained the treatment needed step by step, with reasoning of what had to be done and why. My life long fear of the dentist isn’t as bad now I’ve been to Ivory. Thank you again to all the staff I saw, you were amazing.

I cannot thank John, my dentist, enough for the outstanding care and service he provided. I broke my front tooth just a few days before Christmas, and I was incredibly anxious about it. I’ve always struggled with my confidence and am very particular about my teeth, so the situation was deeply upsetting. John was incredibly understanding and patient. He took the time to thoroughly explain all my options, which helped ease my worries. What impressed me most was that he managed to fit me in the very next day and performed an absolutely brilliant bonding procedure on the spot. The result was flawless – you can’t even tell it’s bonding! His professionalism, skill, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. You don't expect belly laughs when you go to the dentist, but that's exactly what you get here. Wonderful family dentist, I’ve been coming for 12yrs. My daughter has been welcomed to the dentist from when she was a toddler and thankfully has no fear of the dentist as I did as a child. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You’re always greeted with a smile from the lovely receptionists.

Moved to here after being with my dentist in London for 30 years and was nervous about the change. There was nothing to worry about as the dentist and hygenist I am seeing are excellent. The receptionist is friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend.

My first time going to Love Teeth and it was amazing! I walked in and the reception was lovely and clean, tidy and smelt amazing. I was greeted by Tate who was lovely, bubbly and welcoming. She asked me how i was and i explained about a pain on my gum and she went outback and got me a sensodyn toothpaste. It is staff like that who go above and beyond to make your visit as good as it can be. The girl who i had my hygienist appointment with was also lovely and talked me through each step and made sure everything felt good. I am so happy with my results and will 100% come back!!

I have recently finished what feels like the most exclusive and best dental treatment in my life with Dr Sam Cope. I have done a large treatment for set of front teeth that were full of unstable fillings and made me uncomfortable for years. The treatment included a combination of crowns and veneers fits, root canal treatment, and a composite bonding. Throughout the treatment Dr Sam was very understanding and approaching. He started off by providing me with a thorough professional consultation and his personal recommendations with plenty of options to choose from and without insisting on anything. Once agreed on the treatment plan Dr Sam planned and carried out the treatment with multiple check up points to ensure I'm comfortable at all stages with the treatment and with the shape and feel of new teeth. Being in the dental clinic for 5-10 times I've never been rushed and always felt almost like I'm exclusive Dr Sam's client. Upon request Dr Sam managed to provide me with additional information to satisfy dental insurance claim. Thanks to LoveTeeth for the additional 10% discount on overall treatment. I cannot recommend LoveTeeth at Sutton and Dr Sam highly enough!

Absolutely top class, I felt very secure that the treatment plans recommended were made with my best interest in mind. Longborough have given me excellent treatment over several years. This includes some replacement fillings and a capped tooth, plus regular hygiene appointments. Extremely well organized, good facilities, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and most importantly pain free. Not cheap, but good value for money.
