I’m confused by the first review of this practice and I’m wondering if it’s real ? I have had nothing but top notch service from this practice . Nothing is too much trouble for them ringing me to book appointments also to see how I was after a tooth extraction!! The costs are reasonable for the level of work they do . I’m currently having ongoing treatment and an implant which I chose to have done here due to the practice being highly recommended to me by more than one person ..

Had to have root canal treatment and was referred to Green Street Green Dental Practice by my dentist. I had a really pleasant experience. First I was called in for a consultation and James Aquilina explained everything to me very clearly. The decision to get the root canal treatment over an extraction was completely my own and James just helped explain what the procedures would be for each option. The actual root canal treatment was pain free and as I was allowed to listen to an audiobook, or music if I so wished, through my headphones the 2 hours passed by rather quickly. I would 100% recommend them and can't thank then enough.

My husband and I have both been patients for more than 20 years. Cannot praise them too highly. Lovely people - including the receptionists - who pull out the stops to help in an emergency and who are unfailingly helpful day to day. After years of rubbish dentists, I felt lucky to find them.

I am a long-standing customer. Honestly, I cannot think of any way that they could further improve the dental care they provide. In answer to the only negative review (are you for real?): I do not want cheap care, I want value for money, and effective treatment. I get it. Difficult to book? You need to book routine work a long time in advance - but they are booked up for a reason. If I need emergency care they have always found a way. If only I could get a GP who gave me the same care and attention I get from this dental practice!

I’m also confused by the 1 star review so felt I should add my opinion. I was initially referred here with a gum issue and saw Charlie who was great. I then moved to the practice for all my regular dental care and also had an implant. I have had nothing but great service and advise and the quality of their treatment is excellent! You have to book well in advance but worth the wait. I have recommended them to many who are now all regular happy clients too.
