As so many have said here, the receptionists are such an asset to this dental practice. Always welcoming and friendly. Aside from this, I can not recommend Nick highly enough. Recently I've been getting toothache and he's taken time to diagnose the problem. He's always answers my questions with patience

Honestly the friendliest reception team I’ve ever encountered in a dentist, easily one of the main reasons I attend here. Makes a huge difference and even on the busiest of days they are just so helpful and genuine. Every dentist I have met has the same level of care and service. My wisdom tooth extraction was done by Dr. Jaguar and assisted by Nurse Jennifer. Both with great patience, have done a good professional job and a excellent teamwork since it was a very difficult extraction and both were commucating with excellence. I had such a great experience with Dr. Amrish at Coulsdon Dental Clinic! As a nervous patient, I was initially apprehensive, but Dr. Amrish’s calm and reassuring approach put me completely at ease. He took the time to do a really thorough exam, explaining everything along the way so I knew exactly what was going on. When it came to my fillings, he was so gentle and precise that I didn’t feel nervous at all. He’s clearly very skilled and genuinely cares about his patients, which made the whole process so much easier for me. The results are fantastic, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. I also want to give a big shoutout to the amazing hygienist, Padma, who did the most thorough hygiene cleaning I’ve ever had! I have been a client of this practice a while now and introduced my youngest, now back from uni, to them just last week. First class service, very understanding of the needs of a young adult with autism. The dental hygienist in particular was excellent at explaining everything they needed to do and giving time, when needed, for a response. Highly recommend.

What a pleasant experience with Emily and Leah both were very professional and nice. Who knew going to the dentist could be so enjoyable. Firstly the practice is so aesthetically pleasing so as soon as you walk in it has a spa like atmosphere. The receptionists are always welcoming and high spirited. My dentist is Leah and she is the best dentist I’ve had, she’s informative, kind, professional and evidently loves her job. My wife and I have been delighted with Mayfield Dental. We have been patients for 13 years now since Deepali took over the surgery from Vital Lakhani. She has redesigned the surgery, adding a reception area where you are welcomed by a friendly receptionist and the waiting area and toilet are first class. The service from the Administration department at the Ivory dental practice is 1st class. The dental professionals are absolutely superb. I would rate Ivory dental as the best you can find anywhere. Professional, friendly and above all, a practice you can trust.

Can’t recommend enough! Reception staff are really nice and welcoming, the dental nurse I had really put me at ease as I’m a nervous patient with anxiety. She did her best to make the experience the best it could be. As for the dentist I saw, (I think he was the owner too) nothing short of amazing! He listened to my concerns about my teeth, what I wanted my end goal to be with no judgement at all. The examination was very in dept - never had a dentist check my mouth that well. He then explained the treatment needed step by step, with reasoning of what had to be done and why. My life long fear of the dentist isn’t as bad now I’ve been to Ivory. Both my young daughter and I had a 6 month check up appointment with Dr Faisal. We were immediately greeted on entering the Practice and made to feel welcome. Dr Faisal explained the examination he would conduct and put my daughter at ease. The procedure was painless. My daughter was relaxed during our whole appointment. I had a further hygienist appointment and my daughter was allowed to be present. I am grateful to all at Gentle Dental for their care and professionalism. They create a wonderful atmosphere that my daughter looks forward to her regular appointments.

Leanne is the best dentist I have ever had. I get v.anxious and she always helps calm me down and is understanding and compassionate. The receptionist Amy is friendly and welcoming. I actually travel for a long time as I don’t want to change dental practices!

The reception staff are lovely, the waiting area is comfortable. My Dentist is very nice and explains things as she goes along. She also checked how I was feeling several times during my treatment. The only negative is that I am always seen late. I am always early for my appointments.

I’ve been coming to this dental practise for a little while now and in that time I’ve always had a good experience from start to finish. The reception area is clean warm & inviting and the reception team are really welcoming especially Amy who’s always keen and ready to help you with a smile. My dentist Leanne is lovely she always makes me feel welcomed, relaxed and never makes me feel like I’m just a number. Basically she takes her time to listen to any concerns I may have and gives me genuine advise. The dental nurse, Aaliyah is also wonderful, she’s always genuinely happy to see me and take care of me. They make a great team, very efficient and professional too.

Dr Alex and Maria were extremely professional. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and completed my dental plan efficiently. I changed to this dentist, due to my previous childhood dental practice being unavailable but I am happy with the choice I have made so far.

After looking at and reviewing online local dentist practices I came across Gentle Gentle Care. I completed the registration forms on behalf of my children online - this was really easy and user friendly. After this I wanted to ask some further questions so rang the practice, easy to get through. The lovely lady on the phone kindly answered my questions and was very informative and let me know all the steps of registering etc. I shared with the lady on phone (I wish I got her name) that I was quite frightened of the dentist myself and she was so reassuring ! On the day of appointments for my children to have general check up, their first visits to dentist! The practice was really clean and tidy and all staff friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the desk offered me a hot drink. Our appointment was with Dr Simon and Nurse Sonia. I spoke to Nurse Sonia before the children entered the treatment room to let her know I had not taken children to dentist as I was very very nervous - again really kind and reassuring :). Both children were completely at ease and comfortable thanks to the professionalism and kindness of both Dr and Nurse. Dr Simon spoke gently to the kids asking them questions about their eating and teeth hygiene, throughout his treatment he talked through what he was doing and checking and why throughout. We all left feeling really happy and pleased this is where we would be coming for all dental needs. A really great team who are all friendly and approachable ! Thank you!

This practice has such a lovely atmosphere. The rooms are big, light, and airy, giving it a comfortable and welcoming vibe. The receptionist is incredibly patient, helpful, and sweet, the dental nurse was so cool and chill (which put my nerves to rest), and the dentist was friendly and relaxed. They were all wonderful, putting me at ease, answering my questions and providing helpful advice. A really good experience and a practice I would highly recommend. Thank you all so much!

Had always been fearful/apprehensive of dentists. I really don’t like other people’s hands in my mouth. I was suffering agonising pin from a cracked molar impinging on my nerves, and booked Gentle Dental. I was looked after by Amit and Kaiya (dentist and dental assistant) - Kaiya was so reassuring and professional, I felt at ease before I got into the chair. Once in the seat my nerves and anxiety were apparent, but Amit and Kaiya patiently talked my fears away and explained each process well in advance. They even told me which procedures would be painful, and how to resist moving and making the pain worse. They were amazing and professional throughout and made sure I was comfortable as I could be, using hand signals to ask for pauses/breaks. I will definitely return every 6months after 20+ years dentist-less. If you do use Gentle Dental in the future and want great service - ask for Kaiya and Amit - and get a guaranteed smile!

Very professional Dental practice. I have seen Punita, Christine and Nev and the hygienist and have to say they are all very good. For the first time I actually feel that my teeth are being looked after properly. I had a dental phobia due to a bad experience in the past with another dentist.
