Bita really took the time and care to explain what she was doing, and I left feeling positive and reassured about my dental health. I visited in Umi in November 2024 to arrange some hormonal blood tests to be taken. As soon as I arrived, I was struck by the pristine and modern environment within the clinic. During and before my visit, each member or staff I spoke to were welcoming, friendly and compassionate. I saw Vicky for two appointments and she took the time to talk me through the blood testing process and potential results. Natalie took the time to telephone me between sessions to discuss things further. Given the sensitivities of the topic at hand, I was touched by the teams personal and empathetic approach to my appointments.
