I was offered an appointment with Dr Yalini Nirmalan, I found her to be very professional, welcoming and very helpful, she performed a through check up, and a follow-up appointment for a water stream cleaning and also placed a temporary filling I needed which by the way I still have in place. I also found the dental nurse very polite and helpful. The receptionists are welcoming and polite. Altogether a very good experience. Yes I recommend this dental practice.

Mrs Gannon is the best dentist I have ever had. So gentle and kind to a patient with a horror of treatments following a childhood of terror. Reception always polite and efficient. I would say a pleasure to go there, but that’s going a bit too far! Would not hesitate to recommend.

I have a fear of dentists from childhood but knew I had to have a tooth out. So phoned to discuss with practice manager, I was told by Gail he was not there but she asked if she could help. She listened and then said I will speak to a dentist and call you back. Which she did within minutes, dealt with my query and booked me in. Very efficiently handled. On the day dentist and dental nurse were fantastic and I really need not have worried. So well handled and supportive...it helped because I didn't feel a thing and sorted in moments! On the way out Gail made a point of asking if I was alright. Really recommend this practice, I drive 3 hours to it because it is so good.

I was very apprehensive before a filling, having had a difficult experience with a different dentist as a child. Both the dentist and dental assistant were extremely understanding, patient and considerate. They took every opportunity to reassure me and talk me through what was happening. I felt well looked after and can only express my gratitude for the compassionate way I was treated.

Have been going to Verwood Dental Care for over 10 years and have always received excellent treatment. Friendly and helpful team, from reception staff to dentists and hygienists. Unfortunately no longer NHS, but Denplan scheme works well, and is not unduly expensive. Recommended.

I get very nervous every time going to the dentist but I really can’t fault the staff here. They’re very friendly and reassuring, making the effort to make sure I’m doing okay and really make me feel at ease. The text reminders are brilliant for me as well! Overall such a better experience than I’ve ever had in the past

All the team there are really welcoming and make it a great experience. It’s easy to make and amend appointments and there communication is clear. Andrea is great and explains exactly what she is doing and what I need to do to ensure my teeth remain healthy.
