I always have a great experience at Dental Confidence - the reception are always great at communication prior to appointments. Alongside, the dentists and dental assistants are super friendly and communicate treatments options well. They are extremely good at working with patients with dental anxiety/ needle phobias and allow extra time for appointments for such matters. Nothing but great things to say about the practice!

For anyone hesitating or extremely nervous about having implants, do not hesitate to put your trust and confidence in Peter Sanders. He is absolutely brilliant. I have had my 2 front teeth replaced and the whole process was fantastic, the end result superb! Am so happy. Thank you Peter and the team, I can smile again with ease and should have done this years ago!

Attended yesterday for an emergency appointment and was very impressed with the service I received! The receptionists Megan and Karen were friendly and helpful and Aleks and Diana were kind and professional. I loved coming here for my appointment and will happily return! I have been coming to this practice for many years and I have always been a very nervous patient. I worry for days before my appointment but when I get there everyone is always so lovely and kind that I have never turned around and ran back out of the door!. The improvements to the building have been amazing and given the surgery a polished look and feel. Dr Jinal Patel has such a calm and reassuring nature and her dental assistants Laura and recently Jordon are always kind and gentle. I have been seeing Lucy the hygienist who is also lovely and gives good advice. The reception staff are smart, professional and always friendly and helpful. I felt very satisfied after my recent appointment for a filling by Dr Patel. She took great care to ensure that I knew what was happening at each stage and did the work carefully to avoid giving me pain. I also liked being distracted by the large TV screen to watch. It was showing an overhead tour of Rome - I think.

I'm starting this review with the word WOW (Excellent experience from start to Finish) let me tell you why . For my first appointment I was seen by Casey and Demi , lovely friendly people and made my first visit there a pleasant one. Casey welcomed me to the practice as a new client and made me feel instantly comfortable. Very good dentist , checked my teeth and explained everything to me very well . Im even going to brush twice a day now otherwise Casey might tell me off lol. Demi the nurse is just great too. For my hygienist appointment a few days later I saw Vaida, I have seen alot of hygienists before , but Vaida was just exceptionally!! The best hygienist I've ever seen , just wow , I could of fallen asleep in the chair she was that good . I felt no pain and my teeth look amazing, I'm so so happy with the result . Vaida took her time and done a top job and nice and friendly too , like they all are including the reception staff . If you worried about seeing a hygienist then honestly go see Vaida ,she is just the best , you won't regret it . Easy to find and nice updated and clean premises . I can't say enough, extremely happy with the care I received for my teeth . I highly more than highly recommend this Dentist. So impressed. Great job ...I gave 5 stars 🌟 deserve more :-)

Review for Bridgeways Dental. It was with a great deal of soul searching and a massive amount of trepidation before I made the decision to have whole mouth implants. The care, understanding, after care and truly professional treatment I received from Bridgeways was exemplary. The whole process was explained in great detail to put my mind at ease at every step. Surprisingly little pain, more like discomfort, with the procedure. Follow up appointments were scheduled to monitor the healing process throughout. I am more than satisfied with the end result. My confidence, ability to eat normally, and obviously, my smile has transformed my life dramatically Many thanks to George, Mel, Terri and all the team for making this almost a pleasant experience. A well deserved five stars.

Having arrived at Bridgeways Dental over 2 years ago as possibly their most nervous new patient, I am so very happy to say that I've just finished my Invisalign treatment. And wow! This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have a severe needle phobia and bad experiences in the past with dentists made me nervous. Nikos and he's assistant was amazing telling me what they were doing each step of the way and have the patience of a saint. Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).

I had my normal 6 monthly dental appointment with Tim Barker and combined this with my 3 monthly hygienist check with John on the 2nd August 2024. Having been a patient for many years, the complete experience from their excellent receptionist team, through to the dental work and hygienist is first class. I would not wish to go anywhere else and recommend to people that are looking for dental care without exception. Outstanding service- thank you. I needed an emergency appointment due to severe tooth ache and was able seen at 11am the same day. Dental nurse and dentist were great - quickly establishing I needed root canal treatment and booked me in for the following afternoon. Later that day the pain became increasingly worse. When asking if there was anything they could do to help they offered me an earlier appointment (outside of usual hours) that evening to start the treatment and alleviate the pain - above and beyond customer service! The procedure itself was pain-free and over within 1.5hrs. I’m now waiting for the 2nd appointment in a couple weeks.

The standard of treatment is very high and the Dentist I see is Adam. He is a very quiet person but very thorough, great attention to detail and with excellent advice. Communication between staff to patient is super. On all appointments I was sent a reminder-text message - which is great. Please keep up the good work and a big Thank You to all.

After years of Denplan elsewhere my husband and I changed to Trafalgar and cannot fault it. Easy to park for free. Receptionist nicer than most, Nurses really nice. Dentist very good and really knows his patients.

My wife and I are disabled and signed up with Trafalgar, a couple of years ago simply because they were nearest and had a big car park. We were assigned Roxanne who has continued to prove our first impressions. Of a competent, caring person with a pleasant, cheerful and interested personality. The practice has large modern treatment surgery's with the latest equipment and competent caring staff. It would be nice if they could do something about the paperwork and not to have to fill out six pages of A4 each visit. 8-)

When I was at South Cliff Dental i had a brilliant experience with dental therapist Anukriti and Sandra, the dental Nurse. Anukriti was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything beforehand about my treatment as I was nervous, I found this helpful and allowed me to relax a little. She continued to chat to me throughout the procedure and it went well and I felt little to no pain. Sandra was quick to be helpful and supportive, creating a space I felt safe and taken care of while Anukriti was doing what was needed.
