I moved dentist to join these guys, my wife was a patient and spoke very highly. So far the service and attention to detail and treatment planning has been exemplary…so glad I moved to them!

Have transferred here from another local practice due to specialist work required. The dedication and professionalism I have experienced here would be very difficult to match elsewhere. Based on my treatments, I would completely recommend. A massive thank you to the team.

I recently had treatment from Dr Nar and felt extremely relaxed and put at ease. He explained the whole process to me and the treatment went smoothly all the while ensuring I was okay and comfortable. The whole team from reception to the nurses made the whole experience positive.

The procedure I had was entirely my own decision based on the facts given. On the day of the appointment, more than sufficient time was given to ask questions once again and to proceed always at the pace the patient is comfortable with. A clear commentary on progress and outcome was reassuring, together with aftercare advice. A follow-up call the next day to check if there was any discomfort demonstrated the personal care given. I cannot recommend Dr. Nar and the Team at the Dental Suite more highly.

I have found the practice to be really helpful, friendly and efficient, since being introduced to them some 4 years ago, I have had several appointments and procedures where I have found the sympathetic approach by the Dentist and his nurses to be wonderful and his ability as a dentist is without question, he is certainly top class in his treatment and does his work without any drama and is very gentle, a quality that many dentists do not possess. I can certainly recommend this practice.

I take my daughter here she likes this dentist as they are very friendly an explain everything well an have been able to do the work she requires she suffers anxiety but this dentist makes her feel at ease an relaxed highly recommend using this dental practice

I'm very nervous about going to the dentist. I had 3 teeth taken out and a denture fitted recently and all i can say is how friendly all the staff are and very caring. I came out feeling so happy that i can smile again without being embarrassed about my teeth. They are amazing. Dr Goneos is an incredible Dental Surgeon.

A lovely reception team making you extremely welcome, which puts you at ease. Dental team incredibly professional and caring. For someone who absolutely hates the dentist from past experiences, I have absolutely no concerns attending this dental clinic.

Lovely welcome from the Reception staff. Best Hygiene clean I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried a few places) from the wonderful Olivia and assistant Clarissa. So thorough, professional, knowledgeable and gentle. Already booked next clean. Immaculately clean practise/premises. Plenty of free parking.

I can highly recommend Smilemakers wholeheartedly. My daughter has just completed her orthodontic treatment and now has the perfect smile! Everybody has been so kind, making the whole experience easy and painless. Thanks so much to Melina and the team. Very happy after invisalign treatment, whitening and bonding. Melina & Jade were the best! Jason was exceptional too. Very friendly, extremely professional and the results are worth every penny. From start to finish everything about Smile Makers is fields ahead of previous dental experiences.

This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have a severe needle phobia and bad experiences in the past with dentists made me nervous. Nikos and he's assistant was amazing telling me what they were doing each step of the way and have the patience of a saint. Bernice was fabulous at giving me the information and reassurance inbetween appointments. I finally have my smile back after an accident broke my tooth in half, thank you smile makers!

Attended yesterday for an emergency appointment and was very impressed with the service I received! The receptionists Megan and Karen were friendly and helpful and Aleks and Diana were kind and professional. I loved coming here for my appointment and will happily return! Dental confidence is a fantastic practice in all areas. Warmly welcomed and served by Karen on reception, followed by hygienist treatment with Grant who was friendly and professional. My Dentist was Aleksandra who was also very friendly and helped me relax whilst having two fillings done. The dental nurses were fantastic too, especially ensuring I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the procedure. All in all I would highly recommend this practice.

For anyone hesitating or extremely nervous about having implants, do not hesitate to put your trust and confidence in Peter Sanders. He is absolutely brilliant. I have had my 2 front teeth replaced and the whole process was fantastic, the end result superb! Am so happy. Thank you Peter and the team, I can smile again with ease and should have done this years ago!

I'm starting this review with the word WOW (Excellent experience from start to Finish) let me tell you why . For my first appointment I was seen by Casey and Demi , lovely friendly people and made my first visit there a pleasant one. Casey welcomed me to the practice as a new client and made me feel instantly comfortable. Very good dentist , checked my teeth and explained everything to me very well . Im even going to brush twice a day now otherwise Casey might tell me off lol. Demi the nurse is just great too. For my hygienist appointment a few days later I saw Vaida, I have seen alot of hygienists before , but Vaida was just exceptionally!! The best hygienist I've ever seen , just wow , I could of fallen asleep in the chair she was that good . I felt no pain and my teeth look amazing, I'm so so happy with the result . Vaida took her time and done a top job and nice and friendly too , like they all are including the reception staff . If you worried about seeing a hygienist then honestly go see Vaida ,she is just the best , you won't regret it . Easy to find and nice updated and clean premises . I can't say enough, extremely happy with the care I received for my teeth . I highly more than highly recommend this Dentist. So impressed. Great job ...I gave 5 stars 🌟 deserve more :-)

Having arrived at Bridgeways Dental over 2 years ago as possibly their most nervous new patient, I am so very happy to say that I've just finished my Invisalign treatment. And wow! I now have lovely teeth ... something I thought I would never be able to say and it's all thanks to Casey and her wonderful team. Can't praise/recommend Bridgeways dental enough. They made me feel at ease from the start for fillings & crowns and then took me through my Invisalign journey. They are just brilliant with nervous/terrified patients. Review for Bridgeways Dental. It was with a great deal of soul searching and a massive amount of trepidation before I made the decision to have whole mouth implants. The care, understanding, after care and truly professional treatment I received from Bridgeways was exemplary. The whole process was explained in great detail to put my mind at ease at every step. Surprisingly little pain, more like discomfort, with the procedure. Follow up appointments were scheduled to monitor the healing process throughout. I am more than satisfied with the end result. My confidence, ability to eat normally, and obviously, my smile has transformed my life dramatically Many thanks to George, Mel, Terri and all the team for making this almost a pleasant experience. My father has recently joined the practice and couldn't be happier with the care and attention he has received from all the staff. The sign up process was quick and easy, all his treatment options were explained so he could make an informed decision, every time he goes there's a lovely warm greeting. I have been going to this dentist for some time and am always happy with the experience. I find Sarah-Jane is a very patient and knowledgeable dentist and always puts me at ease, and Amy is the best hygienist I have ever been to at any practice. The whole team are very welcoming and professional. It is a bit of a journey from where I live but I would not want to go anywhere else.

Amazing attention to detail by Sarah Jane and her lovely team. Had to have extensive treatment at short notice and they made sure they booked out 90 minutes even losing half an hour of their lunch break to complete a brilliant repair. Sue - their receptionist - is very kind, friendly, and does her very best to find the most suitable time for me for the treatments, and support any way she can. Sarah-Jayne - my new dentist - is professional, friendly, and makes me feel comfortable during the treatments. Sarah-Jayne explains everything clear around my treatments, and has a proactive approach to avoid any potential future problems. Worth every penny spent there.

After discovering Merrystead dental's change in ownership ,I was dubious about the transition. My partner and i have always received excellent service during our 20 plus years at this surgery. After my consultation with Dr Steadman, the lead dentist, I was pleasantly surprised about the bestoke service she provided. The new renovations, and warm welcoming attitude of the staff were beyond my expectations . The quality of care and attention to my needs left me feeling very satisfied. I have been to this practice since Joe Kavanagh retired. I was nervous at first after being used to Joe. I can't recommend Leanne enough. She has put me at ease from the start, and I can't thank her enough for her patience and understanding. Overall a great dentist, and a first class service at this practice.

I have been coming to this practice for many years and I have always been a very nervous patient. I worry for days before my appointment but when I get there everyone is always so lovely and kind that I have never turned around and ran back out of the door!. The improvements to the building have been amazing and given the surgery a polished look and feel. Dr Jinal Patel has such a calm and reassuring nature and her dental assistants Laura and recently Jordon are always kind and gentle. I have been seeing Lucy the hygienist who is also lovely and gives good advice. The reception staff are smart, professional and always friendly and helpful. I felt very satisfied after my recent appointment for a filling by Dr Patel. She took great care to ensure that I knew what was happening at each stage and did the work carefully to avoid giving me pain. I also liked being distracted by the large TV screen to watch. It was showing an overhead tour of Rome - I think.

I had my normal 6 monthly dental appointment with Tim Barker and combined this with my 3 monthly hygienist check with John on the 2nd August 2024. Having been a patient for many years, the complete experience from their excellent receptionist team, through to the dental work and hygienist is first class. I would not wish to go anywhere else and recommend to people that are looking for dental care without exception. I recieved a fantastic service from Oakdene. I was terrified at first after having a bad experience at another dental practice. Ian and the two dental nurses who assisted during several visits over the last five weeks were amazing and helped me through my fears. I can honestly say I never felt a thing. I must mention the receptionist who was friendly and welcoming and also helped me with some medical issues I have with following some of the covid guidelines so nothing was compromised. I have just had my first appointment in many years at this practice due to having a terrible fear of the whole dentist rigmarole. I have to say they were fantastic the atmosphere of the place really puts you at ease and the staff are friendly, patient and make you feel very welcome. The price quoted was very fair and I felt they were more interested in my needs more than the money. So far I can't recommend this practice enough.
