Was very apprehensive about root canal but Samir talk me through the process making me aware of risk and possible outcomes. Standard of work and care very professional as i had 2 procedures carried out over 3 hrs feeling safe and confident during all stages. Highly recommend this practice

I was referred to Charminster House by my dentist. I cannot recommend Saffina and her team highly enough. There has been a complete improvement with my gums since I have been under their care. I had a deep clean treatment carried out by Saffina and have had regular 3 monthly check ups with hygienist, Josie. Everyone I have seen at CH has been extremely caring, friendly and professional. From the receptionists, dental nurses, hygienist and periodontal specialist they have been fantastic throughout my journey. They all put me at ease and made me feel valued. Saffina the periodontal specialist is extremely professional and caring, with no judgement, showing compassion towards me. I was filled with hope after stressing about my teeth. The hygienist in between was also very caring and highly professional and sensitive towards the fact I was terrified about having needles and would put me at ease throughout, continually checking I'm okay and the dental nurses holding my hand to relax me. I cannot praise this place enough. On top of all of that I've never had to wait, literally would check in and was seen straight away. A great experience had! I have been under care here since early 2021 having been referred by my Dentist for an issue with my gums. She also identified an issue I had been having with a tooth that she recommended and required extraction and her explanation settled me. My treatment also required me to see Felicity the Hygienist who also took particular care explaining and showing the correct way to clean my teeth. This is an exceptional practice that has the greatest of care for their patients.

I have had amazing treatment from Saffina and her assistant. They were both the best. Mu gums were in a terrible state, with “advanced gum disease”, but today, they told me my gums were great! They certainly feel hugely better. saffina doesn’t need to see me for a year. Massive THANK YOU to you both.
