I have been a patient of this dental practice for a number of yrs and always been super impressed, however I felt I needed to write a review today to highlight the most wonderful staff! I have a complete fear of the dentist and attending is itself quite an ordeal for me, even talking on the phone about an appointment. Kylie is the most wonderful asset to the practice, truly fantastic! Calm, kind and so reassuring, thank you. I visited the surgery today and recognised her voice on reception-and had to say thank you to her. My dentist Mo, and wonderful nurse, Fortunate have worked so hard to help me and my nerves-when I arrived today Jeannette was the dental nurse instead which really threw me, but I needn’t have worried-she was so kind and patient with me. Mo is one in a million-he is so mindful of my concerns and reassures me constantly. Thank you OBDS for being outstanding, I left today and once again booked my next appt which is a HUGE step for me-eternally grateful to you all.

I am very nervous about attending the dentist but in just 3 visits Vanessa Mata who is now my dentist has taken me from a crying wreck in her chair on the first visit to being able to have 4 fillings in a visit with no stress or worries at all, she's an absolute miracle worker , first time in years I've not worried about attending the dentist. The reception staff at this practice are always welcoming and helpful, particularly when an emergency arises. The hygienist, dentists and nurses are gentle and very thorough. I think Dr Mohammad is particularly good as last year he extracted a bad tooth and just recently carried out a root canal filling for me. In both cases he showed great skill and made sure I felt no pain whatsoever. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough!

We joined Oliver’s Battery dental surgery at the beginning of the year and we cannot fault their practice at all. They have shown so much care and patience towards my two children. My son who once was anxious of our previous dentist now looks forward to seeing his dentist and says ‘I love my dentist!’. Even when my son had an emergency appointment regarding his teeth after an accident, they provided him with so much care and comfort. Also, not forgetting the amazing ladies on the reception who are so supportive, helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this dental surgery enough!

Such a lovely friendly practice. I’m a nervous patient and everyone goes the extra mile to make every interaction kind and caring. Special mention for Kylie on reception who has a lovely warm manner and is polite and professional. So glad my family are all patients at this practice.
