“Exceptional Craftsmanship” We engaged Marcio and his father-in-law, Evo, for several home improvement projects, and their work exceeded our expectations. From design to installation, their attention to detail and commitment to quality stood out. Whilst we had a fairly good idea what we wanted to achieve, Marcio provided a practical advice and smart technical solutions. The desk unit in our study seamlessly blends functionality and aesthetics. Shelves and drawers are precisely crafted, enhancing both productivity and the room’s ambiance. In the hallway, the wardrobe they built combines practicality with elegance, providing ample storage while maintaining a sleek profile. The new floor and the skirting boards look stunning - additionally, they resolved an issue with an unlevelled floor in our porch, ensuring safety and stability. Marcio and his team were punctual, communicative, and easy going throughout the process. Their professionalism extended beyond craftsmanship—they genuinely cared about delivering results as if it was their own home. Marcio also recommended a plumber, Nelson, who was equally great to work with. Nelson moved a radiator to make the space for the wardrobe, disconnected a toilet and sink. Marcio and his dad did an extraordinary job at our property, building and fitting two big wardrobes to perfection! From the very start, when Marcio first came round for a site visit, he was knowledgeable, professional and very communicative. His quote followed shortly, and then the works started and finished without any delays. The quality of craftmanship is stunning, we couldn't have asked for anything better than this! Absolute excellence! We will without hesitation pick Marcio again in the future if any new work will need to be undertaken.

Marcio and his father-in-law did a fantastic job putting in some wardrobes in two rooms and flexible hanging/shelves in my converted attic walk-in wardrobe. The finished products look lovely and they built most of it off-site, so only entailed 3.5 days of disruption at home. They are nice guys and tidy workers, leaving the place immaculate each evening. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience with Marcio and his team! It is rare to come across a company that is highly skilled, reliable, and trustworthy. They built and fitted new wardrobes, custom-made 2 alcove bookcases and several shelving units, repaired the staircase and built custom-made under-stairs storage. Moreover, their painter repaired internal walls and painted the entire house, he did an amazing job as well. I'm so glad we went for this company - they are perfectionists and their work is done to a very high standard. What I really appreciate is that they go above and beyond and communicate with you throughout the process: They send photos with updates, they ask questions to make sure they do the job exactly how you want it to be done, and they are thinking outside the box when something gets tricky. On top of that, they are reasonably priced and will suggest the most affordable option for you whenever possible. The moment you employ them they are on the ball, no chasing from our side ever. They are also super lovely to deal with, even our neighbours mentioned that everyone was very polite and quiet. I wouldn't hire anyone else for carpentry or decorating work. The BEST service I have ever received! Ian was super quick to respond to my enquiries and completed the job in the given time. We also had a few set backs on our side but Ian so professionally worked around them and even completed a few little jobs in between too! We are thrilled with our brand new built-in living room cabinets, which Ian custom-made to fit all of our belongings. The level of skill, accuracy and attentiveness of Ian’s work is unbeaten. Totyu is fantastic from the moment he meets you you know he is a pro. Gave us lots of options on look and finish via showing us work completed at other projects. We had a custom made wardrobe and at our previous property, some structural shelving. Both projects were top quality and you wouldn't know the installation team had been, so tidy.
