I received my first order of Hoyas today. It was quite a haul! The packaging was very good, protecting the plants well. The bottom of the box had been placed in a puddle, I think and had created a hole in the cardboard, but the contents were all fine. All the plants, without exception, seem healthy with fresh growth and new leaves. I would recommend Cowell's for Hoyas.

I have had several online orders from Cowell's over the past few months, since I came upon them on the net. The plants I have received have been of excellent quality! There was a time when I purchased cuttings of plants from various 'selling sites' believing it was a cheap option to obtain some of the rarer species. How wrong was I. Cowell's prices are lower and you get a better quality full plant. Their customer service, in my experience, is spot on. I have amended my order by telephone on several occasions with no problem. The plants have been well packaged and arrive in great condition, even in the cold weather! They are quick to dispatch, and my orders have normally been delivered within 48hrs of the dispatch notification. Thank you Cowell's for a great service and great healthy plants! Dave R.
