We're recently planning to move house. Since my mum brought a range of her china sets back from Pakistan. There was clearly no space, where we could put our china sets. After doing some research, I've looked online and looked at the work David Gill did in terms of his joinery and was really impressed with the work. Despite them being based in Oldham, David and his wife Katherine came over to the property in Manchester and provided suggestions and designs based on where to place cutlery cabinets in our dining room. Once they provided the suggestions and colour palette for the wood being used, they kept in regular touch with my younger sister based on the overall quote and measurements. David and his colleague assembled the bespoke cutlery cabinets and fits perfectly both sides of the fireplace, whilst matching to the dining chairs. I'm really pleased with how David and Katherine took into consideration that my older sister has a muscle disorder and applied cabinet handles that my sister is able to pull in case she needs access to any china sets. David gave us clear recommendations on how to maintain the cabinets for longer periods of time. Overall, I'm really pleased with the work David and Katherine carried out. Highly rated and brilliant job from David. We’d been designing and thinking about plywood storage for a few years and David gave us a competitive quotation. He was on time, professional, quiet and methodical, also a self confessed perfectionist. He was also polite, pleasant trustworthy and clean. David have some clever ideas and also listened to our ideas during installation as we altered some bits and pieces. He also suggested removable shelving and importantly designed and built a section to house our washing machine and boiler, which will still allow us to service or remove them easily by removing some of that section. Overall, if we could give 10 stars we would. If you need a skilled cabinet maker, defiantly give David serious consideration when looking at options. He’s 20+ years skilled in shop-fitting and cabinet making so should be able to do most challenging jobs, as was ours.

David installed a cupboard in our bathroom. His work was excellent and we asked if he could make a bespoke wardrobe in our bedroom. Attached are the photos of the completed product. David is clearly an expert in his field with great attention to detail. The wardrobe couldn’t have been better. Thank you to David and Katherine, they’re a very reliable and professional couple. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to all our friends.

We have just had our bespoke alcove unit designed, made and fitted by Dave. Katherine and Dave came to see us to get an idea of what we wanted and then from there to the installation any queries I had were answered promptly and nothing was to much trouble. Dave’s a great guy and his workmanship is amazing, attention to detail and could not be happier with the whole service and finished product we will see next year for the bedroom design , thank you both. First time using Art of Joinery. Very impressed by the quality of Artur’s work. Importantly, a very good honest guy. Very knowledgable and will always provide the best solution regardless of how difficult or how costly. Highly skilled and has top of the range tools to help achieve the finish. As someone who is very picky on even the smallest of detail. Artur spent time perfecting everything, every little detail. Built a high quality bunk bed from scratch. Highly recommend Artur.

Absolutely fabulous! ....I recently had replacement timber windows made to replace the originals and I'm absolutely delighted! It was a tricky process, particularly the large bay window, but Jonathan was incredibly helpful to ensure that it spot on! Furthermore, the windows are great and I'd have no hesitation in recommending Leach and Clegg to anybody!

Would highly recommend Phil for any joinery works. 13 internal doors replaced along with over 30 m2 of flooring. Completed to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for Phil.
