Top class service from start to finish, I didn't really know where to start but Simon the designer came up with a great design to maximise the space. The whole process was easy and efficient, mick the main fitter was superb, nothing was too much trouble. Delighted with the final result, highly recommended

It's been the best service from the get go! We had a new shower installed and soem work in the kitchen so not major reno but was still given the best customer service from Passmore's entire team. Julie contacted me after my initial enquiry and she is absolutely wonderful, she accomodated her visits according to my availability and expedited work as I am in my third trimester and soon to pop a baby. She is lovely and always prompt to respond to my queries. Rob then came for a secondary insepction once I accepted the quote and the work started exactly when promsied. Martin then arrived on the day allocated for the work and he works like a machine, completed the work well before time. Very professional and protected all the surfaces taking care not to cause any damage to our property. He was very pleasant and works really hard. Overall everyone involved went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience and the job was well done!! Kudos to everyone in the team and thank you very much for everything. Sindhoora & Ben
