I contacted Able Joinery via email, and they replied promptly. Karl arranged a visit. He arrived on time, listened to my requirements, took pictures and notes. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I accepted the quotation and agreed a date for the work. The work included minor repairs to double glazed windows and door, refitting internal doors, replacing blown double glazed unit, replacing broken letter box, supplying and fitting replacement door handles to existing doors and providing and fitting two new internal oak doors. Luke, Arron and Jamie who did the work were very polite, friendly and efficient and respectful. They cleaned up after the work was completed, and ensured I was happy with all the work. Able Joinery fitted a couple of composite doors for some outbuildings a few years back and I've been so pleased with the doors over that time that I asked them back to replace the front door to the house. We used Able Joinery a few weeks ago for a new hard wood front door. The original quote was provided very quickly and we were pleased with the price. Karl had the door made to an image we had found - with a couple of changes he suggested (he is super knowledgeable about wood and joinery!). The install team were the most professional, polite and tidy guys that we have had working at the house. Fabulous service all round from the whole team - i could not recommend more highly.
