After being let down by another company I emailed first to see if delivery could be made the same week as ordering outdoor porcelain tiles. Replied within minutes to confirm that would be possible. I needed a particular limestone paving product, which could have taken a while due to the importing problems, however Lisa went the extra mile and made sure I had the paving when I needed it.
