We recently had our old and tired staircase beautifully renovated by Andrew. What a difference the oak and glass make! We are overwhelmed by the difference. Andrew is clearly a craftsman and finished the work in 2 days. A spectacular transformation. Would recommend 100%.

Andrew has just installed an oak and glass staircase for us. From the outset, he was professional and efficient. His price was fair. The staircase is fantastic!! The oak and glass look absolutely beautiful and are certainly high quality. Andrew’s skills and workmanship are impressive! Everything is finished to a really high standard. We had decided it was time to have a new staircase fitted after a very long and stressful three years of home improvements. We found Medlock Staircases online having read the many great reviews and thought we would give them a try. I have to say the entire process of the guys being on site, very punctual and professional, down to earth and easy to communicate with made us feel at ease and extremely comfortable with the entire process. Even when we had many questions about the staircase and design options we were pleasantly surprised that this family run business had so much knowledge, being a family run business it was very apparent that the work ethic and passion is what makes them successful. The project took around a week and a half for two flights of stairs, in oak and glass, wow the before and after has really added character to the finishing touches of our home. The team worked professionally and the conclusion of the job was very neat, precise and tidy. I would highly recommend to use Medlock as my first time experience has been very pleasant.
