Had Velvet out when our boiler bust. We can't speak highly enough of Nick and his work and his willingness to assist. Nick’s professionalism alongside his efficiency in completing the task are to be recommended. In addition he provides a personable as well as non intrusive presence in the home making his approach more than acceptable. I would highly recommend Velvet plumbing ahead of any of his competitors.
Had an issue with our boiler, called Nick this afternoon and he was with us by 5:30, fixed and sorted by 7. Lovely guy, explained everything. Will be using him again.
Nick is reliable, professional and on time. This is much appreciated after having several other plumbers never turn up as planned. He’s done several jobs for me now including a new boiler instal & is always happy to answer any questions I have. I live on my own & would be very comfortable leaving Nick in my property with keys if the need arises.
