I would highly recommend OneHeat Ltd. My elderly mother was having problems with her boiler. I was able to contact Ricky easily and he promptly called out, explained the problem and discussed her options without any pressure. Subsequently a new boiler was installed quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. All the relevant paperwork and certification was immediately provided on completion of the work. It was refreshing to receive a professional, friendly service provided by Ricky at a sensible price...something which is sadly lacking from the greedy companies providing similar work..... Ricky is willing to go the extra mile and I've no hesitation in highly recommending him.

I'd had trouble with my heating for over a year. I was fed up with plumbers either not turning up or not returning to do the job. After phoning Ricky he quickly Came out and had a plan for the work. He worked the full day on Saturday with his colleague to complete a complicated job. One Heat service our boiler annually and are always responsive to queries and any issues with the boiler. Following our most recent service an issue was identified and consequently we decided to replace the boiler. OneHeat recommended & obtained the replacement boiler with no hassle and quickly arranged the installation with no issues and with minimal mess. They also arranged for removal of the old boiler same day. Would definitely recommend.
