I would highly recommend Nic and his team. This was our first project and we were nervous but throughout the process Nic listened to what we wanted, helped us make the right choices and made us feel comfortable. His team were very punctual, hardworking and did very nice work. For me what I particularly appreciated was that Nic sets a high standard and has an eye for detail. When something wasn't quite right he was willing to fix it so we were happy. You hear about lots of unlucky people choosing the wrong builder but thankfully, we didn't.

I used Tip Top contractors for the second time. This time for the complete renovation of a 2 bed flat in Finchley. Amazing workmanship as always and completed in great timing. I left everything to Nick and he coordinated the whole team and kept me informed as required. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended TipTop for your project. They handled the full renovation of my 2 bedroom flat, including new bathroom, new kitchen, plastering, full rewiring, plumbing. Nick is a fantastic guy, he’s very prompt to respond and has a team of excellent tradesman that do a thorough and complete job. The quality of their work is first class! Absolute quality throughout, would highly recommend. Nick and his team @TipTop completed a complete renovation of our semi detached Victorian property in Barnet. Across four floors they completed a full rewire, install of plumbing system and heating, a loft extension, a kitchen extension, a cellar refit with laundry, room and full facelift for the front of the property. Throughout the process the work was of high quality, the communication was excellent and we felt like we were in safe hands at all times. Nick was transparent and open during the project and I felt reassured that he understood our needs. As with all renovations of this magnitude there were challenges but they were always met with a solid plan and no panic. It is also clear that Nick has invested significant time and effort in the selection of his team. They are all professional, high quality and most of all friendly. My kids loved all of the guys and it was a pleasure to have them in the house. It is a big thing to have your house taken over and entrusted to someone but Nick and his team made this a smooth process. Tip Top Contractors recently transformed our garden, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Nick, the main man behind the project, had a clear vision from the start.Thanks to his team , they were fantastic, dedicated, and hardworking. They installed new patio slabs, decking, new grass, and revamped our front garden. The highlight is the gazebo, which was literally hand-made by Nick and his team. We can certainly see their craftsmanship on everything and all completed in such a short time span.
