My n52 325i had a problem where I was losing power and had some engine noise, and I couldnt figure out why. I looked up BMW specialist and these guys came up. Very professional, fast, and a good price too. Changed my rocker gasket cover and now my pride and joy is back to its best. 5 stars

Totally 10/10. 7 Series BMW, Crankshaft Pulley system and Battery replacement. From diagnosis to completion 100% satisfied. Friendly, professional, considerate and a very reasonable price. I came to show the car on Friday afternoon, it completely died when I reached the garage. Jared diagnosed and explained the faults and gave me an estimate for time and cost. Everything was excellent from inquiry, booking and till the job was done. Boss jared and the team have been transparent and i was kept updated with videos showing what needs to be done. i am now confident driving without thinking that my wet belt would snap anytime as the car is now ten years old. This is a brilliant garage they looked after all the servicing, MOTs and any work required for 14 years on my Mums car, they would pick it up and deliver it back and they always went above and beyond. Waterside motors are one of the best garages in Wolverhampton without a doubt and Carter never seems to disappoint. Really friendly and professional service. Taken both my cars to Chris for general servicing and bits & bobs. Never had an issue with any of his work. Very reasonably priced even after doing a major job on a Jaguar F-Pace which he done pretty quickly. Would happily recommend - doesn’t do work that doesn’t need to be done (Requested a service and front pads on the car, he done the service but said the pads still had over 2000 miles of life on them - and refused to change them) Straight up honest mechanic. Not many of them left anywhere.

I seriously cannot rate this garage enough I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now . Chris did my MOT and service for a very good price. He also did the master cylinder on my clutch when I thought the whole clutch had gone he ordered all the parts ready but it wasn't as bad as first thought so he had to send the parts back he could of ripped me off like most garages do with women and charged me £600 more and I wouldn't of been none the wiser. I have taken it back since with another problem and again he has saved me money after another garage gave me a quote trying to rip me off. Decent honest guy and garage that won't rip you off and does the job right. Highly recommend

My car lost power and I pulled onto their forecourt and although both mechanics were busy they helped me, I offered money for their time and assistance, but they refused.

Excellent customer service, following a smash and grab on my car. I contacted the garage and even though they were busy they sorted me out that morning, I got the new glass and it was fitted ready for me to go to work in the afternoon, he even vacuumed out all the glass. I will definitely use and recommend this garage again

Been using Orjev's garage for a couple of years now. In fact, my car was in today. Always been honest and friendly. All work is done to an high standard and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this garage.

Good service been using them a while. When problem solving keeps you up to date on whats happening. Opens till 6.30 so you can drop your car off the night before.

Absolutely Brilliant. I had the AA out to my van who diagnosed the high pressure fuel pump was knackered at a cost of around a £1000 😳 Called Nic and he came out later the same day and Boom 40 minutes later the van was running again. Very knowledgeable and such a nice bloke. Well worth the £70 call out. 👏 👏. It's a 10 from Len 👌

Called Nick a week or so ago when my car suddenly started having gearbox issues. He came out the same day (on a Saturday!) to diagnose. Quickly identified the issue and went from there. I have had some pretty negative experiences over the past year or so with mechanics, especially with the gearbox but Nick was a breath of fresh air! He was quick to identify, quote and carry out the necessary works to get my car back up and running. Throughout the work, we experienced a series of unfortunate issues and complications which disheartened all involved (and through no fault of Nick at all!). However, being the honest and straightforward guy he is, took the extra mile to get these issues resolved. Constantly kept me updated, provided detailed explanations, photos and videos to further explain what was happening and so on. Very thorough indeed! Nick seems to personally take such issues to heart and seems genuinely invested in the best interests of his customers. I will be sure to continue to use nicks services for many years to come. I have also made recommendations to others to reach out and use Nick too! Top bloke, great knowledge and a genuine honest guy! Couldn't ask for more! Thank you Nick!
