Absolutely brilliant service from Nick, went above and beyond to sort out seized rear brakes on a car that has been sat for a couple of years. Absolutely Brilliant. I had the AA out to my van who diagnosed the high pressure fuel pump was knackered at a cost of around a £1000 😳 Called Nic and he came out later the same day and Boom 40 minutes later the van was running again. Called Nick a week or so ago when my car suddenly started having gearbox issues. He came out the same day (on a Saturday!) to diagnose. Quickly identified the issue and went from there. I have had some pretty negative experiences over the past year or so with mechanics, especially with the gearbox but Nick was a breath of fresh air! He was quick to identify, quote and carry out the necessary works to get my car back up and running. Throughout the work, we experienced a series of unfortunate issues and complications which disheartened all involved (and through no fault of Nick at all!). However, being the honest and straightforward guy he is, took the extra mile to get these issues resolved. Constantly kept me updated, provided detailed explanations, photos and videos to further explain what was happening and so on. Very thorough indeed! Nick seems to personally take such issues to heart and seems genuinely invested in the best interests of his customers. I will be sure to continue to use nicks services for many years to come. I have also made recommendations to others to reach out and use Nick too! Top bloke, great knowledge and a genuine honest guy! Couldn't ask for more! Thank you Nick! I’m a first time driver and I know absolutely nothing when it comes to cars, so I was very relieved when Nick came to see my car. Got on the job straight away, really hard working, very educated in what he does, always on time and overall a lovely chap. My Cars never drove smoother and I’m very grateful.
