Excellent family run business. I'd booked in for an MOT and service, they kept me well informed as I needed some parts replacing but I found them to be very reasonable. We will definitely return again

Needed to get my car in for repairs asap and Dion was so friendly and helpful and told me that I could bring it early next day. Also to save me having to get my one year old up early in the morning to drop it off he said I could leave it there overnight for convenience. Thank you so much life saver.

Got me in at short notice for bike mot. Offered a coffee on arrival. Absolutely fantastic people to deal with. A warm welcoming staff and spotless clean garage. Will only use here from now on.

Fit me in for my MOT same day, was ready for collection in an hour. Took care of any problems on the spot and good customer service. Very polite and friendly. Would Recommend!

More than worthy of 5 stars. Dion is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. With a garage full of vehicles he's still managed to save me and my partner with an urgent matter with our car. Having taken it for an MOT to a local garage, the car had failed it's MOT and the garage couldn't attend to the work until over a week from now. We called First Point Automotive that expressed they were busy but understood our urgency/ predicament and attended to our urgency immediately. Dion was very transparent stating what was realistic in terms of how much he could do with the limited time he had. He's done what he promised and is now commiting to do more when able. Weve decided to do a fresh MOT here and scrap off the other garage. Extra money we'll worth spending! Service can't get any better than this, and myself and my partner hope they continue to get the feedback they deserve. Thanks guys, Danny
