Used for the first time today and it certainly won't be my last time. Had to get my car in last minute for an MOT, was told leave it with them and they'd get it done. It did unfortunately fail but I was called, everything was explained, videos sent to show exactly what needed doing. Within 10 minutes I'd got the quote and a time frame, by end of day I picked up my car. I was so worried as a young woman about taking my car anywhere but I felt nothing but comfortable here. I was shown exactly what my replaced parts looked like and how they should've looked, spoken to like an equal the whole time and had a really lovely experience overall. Would genuinely recommend

Used First Point Automotive for the 1st time yesterday and I can only agree with the positive reviews they have already received. I was extremely impressed with every aspect, and even though my car failed it's MOT, Dion got the issue rectified and I was able to collect my car the same day. I would not hesitate to recommend this garage. I won't take my car anywhere else from now on!

I was in Wolverhampton looking to collect my plate, and was refused as I needed to have a minor repair done, luckily I found a garage not far, when I arrived it was the only one open, the garage was very helpful and saved me from travelling back empty handed by doing a brilliant repair. I must say what a lovely gentleman

Great service. They fit me in exactly when I needed, communicated well by email, phone and WhatsApp. Were very clear in letting me know exactly what my car needed during the MOT and even went out of the way to get all the work done same day. Felt very comfortable as a single woman who knows very little about mechanics. I would happily take my car back to them

Used the garrage for the first time after moving to the area and needing a new one. They did a great job and the car is completely fixed. They even tried to help with my warranty company despite not usually working with the warranty company. They explained everything that was broken / needed fixing and updated me throughout the process. Dion was great. Also managed to get my car all good and sorted by the time I needed it again for work. On pick up they showed me everything working and again explained it all. Would recommend!
