These were honest people. Bought a bulb that I thought needed fitting before my mot.They told me I never needed it. They could have charged me, taken the bulb like some places. But they never did.

Bought my car here for an MOT. Was easy to book this online and the team on arrival were friendly and polite. Small waiting room but comfy if you are going to wait. Sadly, car failed but the team booked the car in for repair that week and re-tested. Communication was great at all times and staff polite. Price was fair for the repair having checked it with a mechanic friend of mine. Can’t fault the service.

I broke down on Tuesday 28th january 130 miles from home in the afternoon. The boss came to assess the problem prior to the recovery and ordered new alternator belt. fitted next day but new belt showed pulley issue, this was ordered for nex day and was fitted as soon as received. To summarize they got me going super quickly. Service and attitude second to none, If i had to break down again i would hope it to be near them. As i had to stay another night the boss came to the pub and bought me a pint.(priceless)

Today I had an exceptional experience at The MOT Service Centre Tipton. Despite needing a last-minute MOT, they managed to squeeze me in on the same day. The service was incredibly friendly, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The MOT test itself was conducted swiftly and efficiently, showcasing their professionalism and expertise. Even if my Smart hadn’t passed the MOT, I would still highly recommend this place due to the helpful and friendly nature of everyone there. It’s rare to find such a combination of efficiency and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be returning for future services!
