Other half got a puncture yesterday, I gave Universal a call this morning, they said to come after 2pm, which I did. They checked the tyre over, the puncture was obvious but the tyre was worn internally and wasn't safe. They had a new tyre in stock, an unusual size, which they fitted, all done and dusted within 40 minutes - excellent service
Was able to fit me in today for both my tyres to be replaced. Prompt service, couldn’t ask for more. Thank you
