I was in a bind when my car developed an adblue fault. They got me in the same day, diagnosed the issue and fixed it when the part arrived. I asked them to do another job while I was there, they did it straight away. Great service and people. Highly recommend, I would use them again.
I like that the owner contacted me and solved the issues at my BMW 120D after the misunderstanding that happened. Now I'm fully satisfied with the work that he has done with my car .
First time to this garage, always need to build some trust when you go to a new garage. I was not sure if I should trust this garage in the beginning as well, I therefore ask them to keep the parts swapped and they can show me what’s wrong with the parts. Even though the price for remedy the defect increases after I agree to go forward with the job but I believe they were trying their best to find a solution for me. When I bring my second car for interim service and MoT, I was here to observe if they done a good job and they did honest on what they are doing.
I'd taken my insignia to several places and paid a small fortune, to still have the same issue. These guys sorted it first time at a very reasonable cost. And they were the only ones to pick it up for me! I've since had a full service and mot with them and still amazing service. Will be using them from now on!
