I first used Motor Marque for my car's MOT/service last year and after a really positive experience it was an easy choice to use them again. They were very accommodating to get my car in and out as soon as possible as I had another appointment come up last minute that I needed my car to get to. Staff are friendly and helpful in person and over the phone. I particularly appreciate the calls to keep updated on progress, when I have previously used a dealership garage I was always having to chase and it was difficult to get straight answers so using Motor Marque is definitely a less stressful experience. I've been using motormarque for the best part of a decade for all my service, MOT & unexpected mechanical work. They're honest, if something doesn't need doing immediately (but will be needed eventually) they'll say so and give you an estimate of when to get the work done. Meaning you can plan & budget anything that needs doing. The staff are friendly and helpful always a pleasure to deal with. I can't imagine (or envision) taking my car anywhere else.
