Booked in to have my heat shield properly fitted and checked and when they found out it was partially fitted they didn't charge me for the labour or adding an extra bolt to ensure it was intact. Megan was extremely personable and generous in not charging me I have previously had my car MOT'd here at very late notice and they fitted me in no problem. Brilliant service throughout. I would definitely recommend this garage.

HEADLINE: Thank you Megan and the Team for going out of your way to help me at a very stressful time. (This review is long overdue!) Weds morning 16 Aug 23 my car began "screaming" on the M61. I stayed in the slow lane and came off at the next junction and rang Parkills straight away. "Could I bring my car in?" Lovely Megan initially said at least a week. When I explained I am self-employed working across the NW and need my car, (don't work: don't earn) compounded by currently driving back and forth to a specialist vets 30+ miles away (my dog had cancer and days earlier had had a huge operation). Megan said she'd speak to the manager at 9. She called me back at 9 and said "bring the car in, though they may not get to it that day". A slow drive to Parkhills and I left it with them. Megan rang me that afternoon, they did in fact find out what was wrong with the car same day, then it was a case of waiting for parts, I added a full service to the work, and had a niggly tiny issue (I couldn't remove a plastic cap on one tyre valve to inflate it). Megan kept me informed throughout those 3 days (4 calls in 3 days) and I had my car back by Friday! So what could have been 2 weeks no income AND worry how I'd get my dog back to the vets in an emergency. I was only off the road for 2.5 days. This is the 2nd time Parkhills have provided excellent service and resolved an issue for me. I really appreciate Parkhills excellent customer service, going out of their way to look after me as a customer and the transparency of great videos illustrating what works needs to be done gives that added peace of mind. For me choosing a garage boils down to trust and good service, who will keep you safe on the roads. I'm confident when I take my car to Parkhills they'll do a good job and are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Megan, and sorry this review wasn't posted sooner!

First time I used Guide Bridge and will definitely use again! Would like to say thank you to Sarah, Lauren and Emma for booking my tyre replacement on short notice and keeping me informed whilst I waited. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment but I managed to do some work from the nice warm reception. Gaz and Andy were great. Highly recommended!

Brilliant service from start to finish. I had a major service, MOT and new disks and pads on all wheels coming in around 1/2 the price I was quoted at Skoda. The customer service was 10/10 from everyone I dealt with, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Completely transparent with all the pricing and never felt like they were trying to rip me off. I even came back to my car thoroughly cleaned which never happened with my previous 3 services at skoda. Would highly recommend these guys.

Second time using Guide Bridge MOT centre. So thought I'd have another bash at putting a review on. See "Fast PT" review. from last year too. Normally at MOT time I sit there biting my nails, pulling my hair out and rocking back and forth, eagle eyed watching the mechanic do his thing on the pride and joy..... Just.hoping the motor passes. It did!!!! I have to say the staff here are amazing however. The two ladies (Emma and Lauren) on the front desk are an asset to your company both dealt with appointment brilliantly and I can't fault them in any way. They clearly went above and beyond today. That seems to be a running trend with GBMC....a full health check is done on your motor FOC, Giving you the opportunity to spot a fault ahead of time so you can get it sorted before something goes bang. Gareth was the mechanic who did my MOT and again can't fault him. Ha gave me a quick walk around too of the car outside the garage, again going above and beyond. Can't fault him If you are looking for a garage that takes the same pride in your motor as you do.....this is the place you want to bring it. Thanks guys for looking after me and the BM today. Excellent service again from whitecroft. I’ve just picked up car after it’s had vibration issues at motorway speeds, they inspected the suspension and found an issue with wheel balancing 50g. They also did the timing belts, MOT, servicing and wheels in feb 2023 and ordered my requested shell pure plus oil.

Very trustworthy . I took my car somewhere else first and was told the job was £1500, came to the lovely staff at Whitecroft and they charged me £30 for the job . I will never go anywhere else again . Trust is a huge part of any business

I got my car towed in to the garage because it wouldn’t start, Paul had a look and figured out what it was immediately-a dumb error on my part lol (faulty key). He also did a diagnostics as well as getting my car started but very kindly didn’t charge me anything. I spoke to three different people at the garage including Paul himself and they all seemed to be really nice people. I it was my first time there but I may become a regular client. Excellent garage. First time I've been here. Paul was very friendly and helpful from the start, a really nice down to earth guy. It's rare to find a garage that has the care and customer focus that Swan Mill garage has. I will definitely be using Swan Mill garage for all my future car work.

Swanmill garage recently swapped our audi a1 engine and sorted all the parts from old engine to new engine without any issues. Paul & his mechanics are very helpful and can not be more helpful. Took my car to Swan Mill Garage to get the brake discs changed, and they were brilliant! The staff were super friendly and made everything really easy. They got the job done quickly and without any hassle. Great service, fair price, and a quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend them and will be back next time I need work doing!

Most of us are only concerned with getting our car fixed when something isn't right, fixed properly first time and fixed at the right price. Well this is where you come to achieve that. I tried what I thought were cheaper alternatives (not that its expensive here by any means) and bitterly regretted it as Chris said what I already knew 'you should have come here first' and saved myself some time and money in the long run, and now I do. Every time. I have never come away and thought I had received anything other than good service and sound advice. Its a top business and highly recommended for good reason.

Taken my car here for years and they are fantastic, honest and reliable which is hard to find these days! Have always been reassured that they will do the work at the best price for me and advise me on how much things are likely to cost just so I know before they carry out the work. 10/10 would reccomend!
