I hit a pot hole on my way to Matlock to complete some work I was contracted for. The pot hole caused a large and dangerous blister on my tyre wall. When I arrived at my destination I rang around the three tyre suppliers I found in the Matlock area., all were booked up till the end of the week including Matlock MOT Tyre & Exhaust Centre. However after explaining my situation to all three dealers the other 2 could not do anything for me. Only Matlock MOT TYRE & EXHAUST CENTRE were able to arrange a replacement tyre to be fitted by one of their Staff who had agreed at no extra cost to me , to stay behind after hours as my important job finished at the same time as MATLOCK TYRE &EXHAUST CENTRE closed, to fit a new tyre to my vehicle. Which made the car safe to drive the 30 miles I had to drive to get home. I can honestly say that if it was not for their member of staff I would have been stranded in Matlock for a few days. I was very grateful for the understanding and professionalism of the staff at Matlock MOT Tyre & exhaust centre, especially the gentleman that agreed to stay behind to get me out of my dilemma. I WOULD GIVE MATLOCK MOT TYRE&EXHAUST CENTER A MASSIVE 👍👍👍 👍😁 THUMBS UP TO THEM ALL. I would recommend that if anyone faces a similar situation to mine in the future to give MATLOCK MOT TYRE & EXHAUST CENTRE a call first and forget the other providers.

Popped in this morning as my car had developed an odd fault where the wipers would not switch off. Car still under warranty but wanted to take the wiper arms off for my 40 mile drive home. Couldn't do the work due to the volume of vehicles waiting but very kindly lent me a spanner so I could remove them myself. Super friendly team saving me saving me a frustrating drive home. Had a flat tire in a rental van just before driving down to London. Fitted us in last minute and had us back on the road in an hour. Lovely team both in reception and in the garage. Friendly efficient service and easy to get to location. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you!

We stopped at Matlock MOT centre on the way to a family funeral. My fuel cap was locked shut and we couldn't fill up and stopped here in an emergency. The guys were very busy but found 10 minutes to help out a family in need. Forever greatful to you all. Thank you.
