Bowbridge garage really saved my bacon last week - I was on my way to Alton Towers from Sheffield and realised I had a headlight out and knew I’d be driving back in the dark. Both Halfords and the Honda garage couldn’t change the headlight on my Honda Accord as it’s a stupidly fiddly job (Honda quoted me £150 for a headlight change, adamant that they’d have to remove the whole front bumper). After frantically googling places near Alton Towers my Dad found Bowbridge and spoke to them - they got me in straight away, changed the headlight in about 20 minutes (without removing the bumper!) and I paid a small fraction of what Honda quoted me. They were so friendly and helpful and I’m really grateful I found them - would highly recommend.

Good experience at Bowbridge, used them many years ago and having recently moved closer , i had a while you wait MoT. Easy to book in, prompt service ... friendly staff. Better if it had not started to snow ... but will use there services again i am sure

I had an issue with my air con and called and spoke to Josh. He managed to fit me in the very next day, even though they were fully booked with other jobs. It was fixed by the end of the day. So pleased i have finally found a local garage that i have total confidence in. No job is to big or small for Scott! He always treats his customers, be they male or female, with utter respect and communicates clearly what needs to be done to the car and makes sure i understand what problems have occurred. Always take my car here, they always do their best to get my car seen as soon as possible when I’ve rang with things that need to be fixed asap and have always been very reasonably priced, even put me a new brake light in for nothing when I was panicking about it as police had stopped me that day. MOT and servicing is top notch as well :)

Just wanted to say thank you for all the help. Been there couple days back for mot on my car and had some pretty bad sounding results but they managed to figure out solution. Even dropped me home after since I didn't have how with my car staying in to be fixed. Then as complete miracle they had mine sorted the next day and even picked me up. We recently moved to the area and were hoping to find a decent garage because we had a first-class engineer, for two decades, where we came from in the South. Shentons absolutely ticks every box. Reception (Nicky) was very cheery, friendly and kept me up to date with the repair. The engineers diagnosed the fault, finished the job quickly and the bill matched the estimate to the penny. This was excellent, professional customer service. We're very pleased and will be back.

Took my BMW in with a loose rear light checked and confirmed as I thought new light fitting needed, they sourced a new light telephoned me the same day to advise me of the cost. Telephoned. me the next day to tell me the light had arrived and fitted for me the following day. Very pleased with the prompt pleasant service received.

We broke down on the 1st day of our holiday right outside this garage (lucky I know!) and they were able to take the car in, even though they were extremely busy, and had the car ready within a week while we continued our holiday in a hire car (complete clutch and flywheel change). Highly recommend as they really will go that extra mile to help.

Extremely pleased with the service provided. The reception team were so lovely and friendly, they were well communicated, always kept me updated on everything I needed to know. The mechanics did an amazing job fixing my car, and also cleaning it too, especially in this weather, which I couldn't be more grateful for. It's so shiny and clean that it genuinely looks brand new! I also received my car back within a few days, with them staying later to make sure it was gotten back to me as soon as possible, which was very kind of them and I just want to say a massive thank you, because I couldn't of bared being in that other car a second longer! Highly Recommend! From start to finish this was a 10/10 experience! I was nervous heading into an insurance repair after someone hit me, but it they couldn’t have made this process any easier, actually went above and beyond collecting a drivable car to make it easier on me with two little babies would of been one more stress to deal with! Just completed mine and my wife's car service. I normally go to Citroen main dealer but decided to take them to Almarks. Absolutely first class care and attention. Better than the main dealer.

A great garage. Honest prices and invoices showing what it has cost, always happy to help, I take my car here for it's MOT and services as well as any odd bits as I can't fault them. Rang a couple of weeks ago needing a tyre changing and they fit me in that day. Had to call up later after getting a message I needed to go somewhere at 3 and they made sure it was done when I went to pick it up.
