We recently moved to the area and were hoping to find a decent garage because we had a first-class engineer, for two decades, where we came from in the South. Shentons absolutely ticks every box. Reception (Nicky) was very cheery, friendly and kept me up to date with the repair. The engineers diagnosed the fault, finished the job quickly and the bill matched the estimate to the penny. This was excellent, professional customer service. We're very pleased and will be back.

We broke down on the 1st day of our holiday right outside this garage (lucky I know!) and they were able to take the car in, even though they were extremely busy, and had the car ready within a week while we continued our holiday in a hire car (complete clutch and flywheel change). Highly recommend as they really will go that extra mile to help.

Took my BMW in with a loose rear light checked and confirmed as I thought new light fitting needed, they sourced a new light telephoned me the same day to advise me of the cost. Telephoned. me the next day to tell me the light had arrived and fitted for me the following day. Very pleased with the prompt pleasant service received.
